L3-Installers recently built a beautiful deck for our Lake Wateree
home, and we couldn’t be more pleased. From the initial consultation to completion, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Fantastic experience with L3 Installers. We needed a deck built over an unsafe, two-level, concrete patio. L3 was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. We had a screen patio constructed over our existing concrete slab by L3 Installer Services and they did an amazing job! From the initial consultation to the final touches, they demonstrated professionalism and expertise. The quality of workmanship was exceptional, especially in securing the pet screening and installing shingles over the roof. Communication throughout the project was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions. We highly recommend L3 Installer Services and look forward to having them back to install our wood deck!

Kelly did an excellent job with my patio. We started with a concrete patio that already had a roof. Kelly added the screen walls, people door & dog door. He even came back to replace our first dog door with a different one because the first door I bought didn’t work for our largest dog. It involved re-working an entire section of wall, but he still finished the project on time.
Great job and thanks to he and Shawna. I’m definitely recommending them to anyone looking for any screening or sunroom additions.

Kelly installed a beautiful 16' x 32' aluminum screen covered enclosure over our existing patio pavers. My wife and I are very satisfied. They made it very easy from the quoting stage to final completion. Very competitive pricing, experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Kelly and Shawna make a very professional team. I highly recommend them for any project around your home. Thank you guys for an extremely pleasurable experience and an enjoyable place to spend our time outdoors come spring, summer, winter or fall.
