I have to correct my earlier review in which I gave Kurth only two stars. What I said about the actual installation being excellent was correct. However, my comments about service definitely have to be amended.

After writing my review the new owner reached out with a response that you can read above. I was completely unaware that the business had changed hands. When I subsequently contacted the new owner pursuant to his invitation, his service was top notch. Within a couple weeks I had the parts I needed and he even offered to install them. I could do the installation myself but was sure impressed with the speed of his response and his ability to get the right parts into my hands. For this reason I would recommend Kurth to anyone needing their services. It is rare in my experience to have someone really pay attention to a critical review and then solve the problem. The new owner stood behind the work of the previous owner and provided the needed service. Kudo's to Kurth Contracting!
