KSW Roofing & Heating

We found out that the owner has retired and KSW is no longer in business. They were very good. All calls are being forwarded to Connor's Plumbing out of Waseca and they are very good and knowledgeable..

Tried to get a bid on a new furnace and AC. Quoted the most expensive furnace they offer without determining what was the best fit. Didn't come to the house to evaluate the situation. It was difficult ti get in touch with their estimator to discuss the bid. They tried to return calls a couple time, but always during my working hours when I couldn't take a call. It took a while, with missed communications, but did eventually get it sorted. They installed my current system. I've gotten good repair service from them.

We have had VERY good experiences with KSW. This year we consulted our insurance for our air conditioner because it wasn't working very well and the person they sent out said we needed a whole new unit and charged $180 for the visit. I didn't believe them because we had KSW come out last year and repair a corroded wire and it was fixed and they never said a word about needing a new unit. This year, it was another corroded wire and they fixed it in under an hour and charged us $96.

Needless to say, we will not be continuing our insurance and we will be contacting KSW for any future needs!
