Always have what we need or can direct us to someone that can help us do something if they can't. We've been going to Jeff and Julie for years now and always worth the trip. Jeff has worked on our campers and always done a phenomenal job at a reasonable price. You won't be disappointed!!

Owatonna RV are the best. They are such nice people and do a very good job with everything they have done for us. They have done many repairs on our Rv and always go above and beyond to get us in and back on the road. I would recommend to them anyone.

We used to take our rv to camping world. Even with an appointment they kept our rv over a month every time. We switched to Owatonna rv and our rig was done in 2 days!

A great place to take your camper, after a debacle at Camping World in Lakeville. $1,800 quote for brake job on our camper, 1,000 at Owatonna RV. And silicone grease on our bearing pack. Good for 10,000 miles now. Great information from them also.

Good communications throughout quoting, ordering parts, scheduling and completing the work. The work I needed done was done very well and no push to do more than I wanted. Highly recommend them!

No help at all! I can not speak for the quality of their work, but i can speak for their customer relations. Once I told them unit was under manufacture warranty they basically blew me off and pushed it off to another rv service, even tho I told them I would pay out of pocket for any services rendered including estimate on work. I am just looking for an estimate, and in which I would bring it to their shop for the estimate if needed, I also offered to send a large document (over 500 media files) to them via email.
They stated the earliest to even look at it would be 7 months from when I called.

They may do quality work. I am not sure, but being rude is no way to gain business.

They then went on to call me back after the initial phone call just to hang up.

Buyer Beware, if you have a complex situation, this might not be the place for you, do to not being able to handle the situation in a professional manner.

RV Services is one of the best place to RV work done. They are both knowledgeable and friendly. I dont go any place else.

We have been here twice to have our travel trailer looked and both times have had exceptional service. They were also very reasinably priced as we. Love getting visit with the dogs too.

They don't do driveline work. They don't buy and sell RVs. What they do is GREAT work on RV coach systems. Stock a surprising variety of fridges, toilets, A/C units, and the like. Installation and repair work is top-notch, and much faster and cheaper than anyone in the Twin Cities.

Had a few small repairs to take care of on a friends camper. They helped me get all the proper parts. And I was even able to trouble shoot the water heater issue over the phone. Great customer service and very reasonable prices, plus everything I needed was in stock for pick up.

Great service, got us in last minute with a furnace repair and saved our fishing trip. Would highly recommend over any other place.

Looked at hours on internet this morning and said they were open. Saturday April 28th 2018

Drove all the way over to find a closed until Monday sign in driveway on the sawhorse.

Have done business with you before and have always been happy but this doesn't set well with customers

Travelling through and the trailer lights were not working properly. I called them and they were willing to look at it right away. Arrived and he troubleshot the issue and had us back on our way. Other shops in the area were to busy/willing to take a look or did not answer their phone.

It was our lucky day when we needed a new converter and found Owatonna RV services. We called from the road and they told us they had the part we needed. The owner did the repair on the spot and had us back on the road in no time

Stuck on road with a problem , drove in without an appointment and they were quick to help us, prices reasonable and owners as nice as could be. Highly recommend
