Certainly would recommend them! The roof was installed efficiently and they didn't leave nails or a mess to clean. They also worked with me on getting one roof repaired. They are AWESOME!!

Parents paid $16,000 to have metal roofing installed on their home to fix leaks. The first rainfall the same leak was leaking. Called and weeks later Piepho came back and did something. Next rainfall water poured through the newly drywalled and painted ceiling all over the laminate flooring swelling the flooring. Called again and weeks later someone came and did something. Still leaks and they haven't come back. I told my parents to submit to insurance for them to go after them but they haven't. I will tell everyone that I meet to never do business with Piepho. It's one thing to make a mistake during installation but to keep the money and never right the wrong to good hardworking retired people is a disgrace. If I could have put zero stars I would have.

I emailed this company and told them I had some storm damage. They called me and left a voice mail and ask me to call back. I called back 20 or so minutes after my voice mail. No answer so I left a message. I called a total of 3 times and they couldn't give me the common courtesy to call me back. If you don't want the job. Then tell me!! You don't even know what I had planned to do. Busy? Only takes 30 seconds to call back and leave a message if you couldn't talk. Terrible customer service!!

My husband and I hired Piepho Roofing to shingle our commercial apartment complex. They also guttered and put downspouts on. They all have leaked because all of the gutters were incorrectly installed on the outside of the drip edge and several inches below the drip edge. We have contacted them for the last few years about the problems and they have said they would fix them but have not. Now they are not returning phone calls from us. We also had them repair a roof at another property from the tornado damage a couple years ago and they never finished the guttering on the house and it was an insurance claim. They were paid to do the entire job from the insurance company and never completed the work. Now we are stuck hiring an attorney to resolve the matters because they will not contact us to arrange a plan to get these repairs made. Very disappointed in the business ethics.

I talked to 6 different contractors(2 said they couldn't fix it, and the other 4 were no shows) before giving Piepho a call. He came out during the time frame outlined, AND he fixed it on the spot, and was very knowledgeable! Great job! Down to earth and personable person.

James is very trust worthy and reliable. His crew was efficient and did a great job on the roof and they were very thorough with clean up.
