Nobody teaches you on how to handle insurance claims in school so having someone like John to walk us through the entire process was our favorite part. His crew came and knocked our whole roof in 1 day, pretty amazing to leave for work and come home to a brand new roof! Have yet to find a nail or trash! Great company and HIGHLY recommend!!

He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me updated with any changes and making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. On the day of service, John introduced me to his team and my point of contact, which I really appreciated. He even checked in after the job was complete—and brought treats for my dogs, which says a lot about how personable and thoughtful he is!

My flower beds and attic were prepped ahead of time, and despite having a steep roof with multiple cuts and grooves, the entire job was completed in just one day. Chase Roofing has been 10 stars for us. We had our roof replaced 14 years ago after a storm. They were very professional. They did not leave any mess. Their work was quick and efficient. Anytime I've had a problem I've contacted John and he has taken good care of it. Never a complaint. We have had very few problems but he has always taken care of it fast, and professionally.
I will use no other roofing company.

John did my roof back in 2012 and said if I ever had any trouble come up to give him a call. So recently a big storm rolled through our neighborhood and did some damage to my roof. I gave him a call and within 24 hours he came and took a look. Fortunately it was minor damage and his guys were able to use some left over shingles from the 2012 job and fixed it right up within a day or so for no charge. If you are looking for a reliable guy, John and his team will take care of you.

Chase replaced my roof nearly five years ago, has a couple of issues recently due to the epic storms we experienced in Memphis and all it took was a text to get in touch with and get my repairs taken care of. Great price originally and thankful they stand behind their work. (I also had numerous people come out before choosing Chase Roofing, very glad i did)

Chase Roof Inspections has done several jobs for us. They replaced an older leaking roof in one area and have stopped other areas that were leaking. (Original roof was not installed by them.) They are very professional and do excellent work.

John came when he said he would. He was able to figure out what was causing my leak and made the repairs in a very timely fashion. I appreciate his knowledge and work ethic. Will not hesitate to call him again and will recommend him to my friends.

Chase roofing installed a roof for me 15 year’s ago and did a great job! I had some wind damage after some weekend storms. I called John and he sent someone over the next day! Great customer service. He’s still available after 15 years!

JOHN was extremely polite and knowledgeable. My roof is now level after He corrected the rafters that somebody had done some Home carpentry on. Everything looks amazing no more fear of a sagging roof . The best part about it is the piece of mind because of the warrantees that come with installation. I have to say I’m very proud of my house today!

Wow! What a great job John and his crew did on my new roof. Very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns upfront. It was an easy and painless experience. If you having roofing needs please don’t hesitate to call John and he will get back with you quickly and professionally. It took about 10 hours for a total tear off and the new roof installed. I paid for the roof myself and he was very reasonable and in-line with pricing for architectural GAF Timberline HDZ shingles.

Owner Mr. John's crew did a total roof installation with replacing rotten wood, funnels, and wind turbines as well for a price lower than the other 2 Roofing Companies, plus and added discount last June 2022.

I noticed recently in February 2023 some buckling of someshingles, and I took pics and text to Mr. John, I suspected that it was the result of these strong thunder/wind storms we've been having in Memphis, which could have been an insurance issue. Mr. John immediately texted me back and said he'd gave one of his worker come out to repair ASAP; the worker came out 2 days later and made the repair.

Mr. John's attitude from the beginning was very professional, assuring, and straight forward with his initial inspection, repair/installation, and wood plank needs and at cost only for any replaced boards. His workers were veryfriendly, professional, and worked together to get the job done before the rain came in later that day.

Very reliable company. I called John at 8pm to see if he could send someone out to put a shingle back on that blew off in a previous storm. His crew was out the next morning to fix the shingle. Professional and they are always taking care of the customers. Highly recommend. DM 03242023

John alleviated my very stressful situation! Although I was interested in a roof replacement, he stated the roof was good for another 5 to 7 years! No other roofing contractor told me that! I appreciate his timeliness and honesty! I decided to go forward with the roof replacement, since replacement costs are going up every year.

I got about 6 or 7 quotes. John actually came in just a few dollars and I do mean few, with the best labor warranty and a shingle warranty for 50 years..non-proated.! I have had the roof a year and had to call him back just to discover the problem wasn't with the roof but the chimney. They were prompt with returning my call and showing up to check it out. I turned my nephew on to them and he is equally happy with the job and price. Chase was the best decision I've made in a long time!

just writing this 5 star rating about my using Chase roof Inspections to repair loose shingles and several "nail-pops". I first got the connection from a neighbor as I had just recently moved into my home a year ago. So glad it all turned out well. They responded right away after i called them. I had an insurance claim in 2016 and tried to use other companies, which would not respect my time by keeping their commitments and would not offer the better quality materials. My neighbor used Chase and I inquired of them, called and they came right away, offered me more than I requested and totally completed the work above my expectations!
Now, 6 years later I called and had a concern, even though I knew it passed the initial warranty period for workmanship, they never discussed that but have come out and addressed the issues and requested I give them feedback if anything else occurs!
So, in saying all of this, This is EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service! ( FYI, I DON’T Do Ratings Unless I Mean What I Say!)

My husband called to schedule a roof inspection In order to satisfy our refinancing efforts. We waited 3 days for an appointment today. He asked for payment before hand on the way. My husband explained that wasn’t a problem. Did not hear from him until after 430 and then starts to tell my husband an area that may have a leak...of course we want to know where and how did he see it. He would need to get in our backyard to see the entire house...he told my husband that he asked to many questions and he doesn’t want our business! What and who in the entire heck does business like that? Please be aware! Too shady! I feel sorry for anyone who walks into a contract with a man like this.

Chase Roofing is an excellent roofing company . They showed up on time at my house both days. They tore off the old roof and replaced. The work crew was exceptional. (Polite, and non-stop) Materials used were the best, I know because I researched them. Clean up was exceptional. I highly recommend Chase for your roofing needs.
