Kramer Restoration

We had water in our family room, formerly a garage, which can from a frozen pipe in the baseboard heating. Fortunately it was contained to this room. Kramer began work the day I called and finished the serious water mitigation stripping and drying the room in short order. The reconstruction phase for Kramer is critical for us to return to normal living. I will be able comment on reconstruction when complete.

Kramer Restoration scrambled to remediate some mold in my mother’s basement after a flood. Extremely responsive, on the phone with Gary at 8:30 last night and the crew was there at 8:30 this morning. Took care of the whole job in one day and the result was fantastic. I’d recommend them for any reconstruction or remediation needs!! Many thanks for the timely manner in which this was handled.

I had an issue with a roof leak again but thanks to Kramer Restoration, they came to take care of it with no problem. Very thankful and grateful to the father and son duo who handled the job with ease. Would definitely call again. Thank you guys!

Would recommend this company. Had a plumbing issue and they responded very quickly and gave me options of late night visit or wait until first thing the next day. The 2 employees that showed up were professional and as nice as could be. Will be using them again as needed in the future.

Gary and his team were quick to respond when our roof was damaged in a storm. They completed the roof repair/replacement and did the water damage clean-up in a high quality manner. Highly recommend!

I had roof damage and Kramer Restoration responded quickly and set up the job within a week. Their price was excellent and didn't vary at all. The workers courteous and kept my yard and driveway clean of debris, they even used a magnet to pick up nails in my driveway. I have recommended them to friends and family.

This company is not capable of handling large scale jobs and taking care of their customers. I had a septic backup and posted on fb looking for a plumber. Owner reached out to me and had a crew in our home within 2 hours. I thought they were amazing and was willing to hand them the whole project, no questions asked. Long story short, they over promised and under delivered. Took more than 2 weeks to demo 700 sqft of flooring and flood cut some walls and demo a walk in closet. The guys on the crew are nice enough but they tell you they will be back on a certain day and don’t show up. Don’t call. When you call one of the three different managers no one answers or returns calls and texts. Then they leave you hanging. I never expected anything to be done overnight but the owner told me this was a 4 week project. It’s been 6 weeks and I don’t have a quote for the rebuild of my basement and they just string you along. I’ll be working with different contractors moving forward. They were unable to handle the blockage with their snake but made us wait a week to hire someone on our own to get it cleared because they kept saying they could handle it. They have no sense of urgency, the team never worked longer than a 3 hour shift on any given day and no called no showed on us at least 3 times. It’s ok if you aren’t someone’s only customer and I get things take time but when they give you the silent treatment while your house is in shambles and you have a newborn, it’s unacceptable. Call Servpro or a company that’s been in this business longer. Someone who understands customers need an update every once in awhile. Oh and I didn’t even make a big deal about the fact that one of their crew members was urinating on the side of our house- right against the wall multiple times. I just told them they can use the toilet. I should have known then that hiring them was a mistake. I also want to add that most of the 5 star reviews (maybe all who knows) are friends of his! Lol don’t be fooled...

So glad someone else recommended Kramer restoration! Gary helped me get my roof and mold taken care in a timeframe I didn’t think was possible! Kramer restorations was my angel to help me complete all I needed to get done and keep my house closing on time! Thank you Kramer restoration!!

Great service and knowledge. It’s hard to find people that you can trust especially in such a time sensitive situation. Gary Took complete control of the situation for us we didn’t have to handle a thing. He made one of the worst times in our lives so easy and less stressful. He knew exactly how to work with my insurance company and not only did the work come out great but his prices are unbelievable. We had water damage from a broken pipe. Having Gary and Kramer restoration handle the project from start to finish turned a very bad situation into a comfortable experiance. They worked with our insurance company to see that everything was covered. The finished job was better then before we had the leak. I would recommend them to anyone who had a similar situation.
