Called Don out to fix our furnace. After a $432 bill the furnace worked one time and quit. So we called him back out to fix it and fix a squealing noise in our a/c unit. We were billed another $301 only to find the a/c is still making the squealing noise so is clearly not fixed and nothing was put back together in the storage compartment where access to the furnace is.

Friday afternoon I turned my AC fan on high despite the many times my husband has told me not to.
By 3pm I forgot it was on and the fan blade smashed into pieces, it sounded like a garbage disposal on the roof.
leaving us with no AC!!

Sunday we checked every camper place from Jefferson to Yankton coming up empty handed. nobody could get just the blade.

We called Don, he quickly met us and went above and beyond to send us home with the exact fan blade, saving Fathers Day weekend.
