Kona Labs Leak Detection

Very responsive and helpful (even called me while on vacation to let me know that he would call back the next day when back in town, which he did). Hopefully I won’t need to call them again, but I certainly will if I find myself with a leak somewhere!

Andrew knows hydraulics and how that applies to pools. He is not afraid to "get wet" when it comes to leak detection. There was no guess work in locating my particular leak because of his expertise and use of the proper tools. Because he is located in Kona there was a distance charge when he came to visiting the Hilo side. Because of the distance, scheduling could be a problem meaning he may have to work long after sundown. Glad I contacted him so I could understand exactly where my pool leak was located.

Terrific service. Andrew responded promptly to our gas line leakage call. He was very informative in explaining exactly what was involved in the detection work and the devices used. He successfully tracked our fully-buried piping, and determined the exact leak location. We can now call the plumber to make the fix, and should be good to go. Also, a super friendly guy. I recommend Kona Labs Leak Detection without hesitation.

Highly recommend Kona Labs. I thought I had a leak in the pool as it was loosing water, turned out to be leaky irrigation valves that was discovered by Kona Labs. Honest, on time and did a fantastic job!

Had a leak under slab 3/4” pipe going into house . Andrew detected leak under concrete patio bullseye rite on great job . Jackhammered area and there it was good job. I don’t review service generally but Andrew did a great job no complaints . Thank you
