The team at Kola Insulation did a fantastic job of insulating my crawl space and re- insulating my attic. The previous homeowner let the insulation in the crawlspace get wet and moldy. They even used insulation that was not to code. The Kola Team cleaned the mold off the floor joists and reinsulated the floor joist with the right insulation that met code. The attic had old insulation and due to leakage from the old roof had become wet and moldy too. Again they cleaned the mold off the rafters and floor joists and re-insulated my attic to code. The crew as courteous and cleaned up after themselves as if no one was in my house. I highly recommend Koala Insulation to you if you are looking to hire a reliable, professional and fairly priced insulation company!

Will not elaborate at this time due to pending results from court hearing. All you need to know is that i've had to take it THAT far. It should tell you everything you need to know about this company. I saw nothing but great reviews about them, so i decided to go with them to have my metal building spray foamed. I quickly found out the real Koala Insulation of Twin City. Terrible workmanship with only 1 intention....to collect your money and get out soon as they can. They obviously do not know what they're doing. There are several other companies in the area. Go elsewhere before it's too late!

I had two projects performed by Koala. A 745 square foot attic that was sprayed with open cell foam followed by air sealing and loose fill insulation. They performed an excellent job and cleaned up after each job. I'm very satisfied with both the workmanship and cost associated with these projects. I highly recommend them to perform your next insulation job.

The crew knew their stuff when it came to insulation types, and they were super friendly and easy to talk to. Even though the job ended up taking 3 days instead of the estimated 2, it was clear they wanted to do it right rather than rush through. They made sure everything was covered up to avoid any mess. Clean-up was top-notch, and I could see they did a quality job. Already feeling the difference with the new insulation!

I was having a difficult time with my contractor getting someone to finish my house for final inspection. Koala was very professional and did a great job on finishing up my blow in insulation and installing my vapor barrier. Fantastic service. TC was great and thoroughly explained everything that was going to be done. Price was very reasonable and quality of work was top notch.

Koala added insulation board and blow-in insulation around and above the upstairs living space in my house. Erik's estimate was reasonable, spot on (no surprises), and he took the time to present a couple of options with different pricing for me to choose from. The work itself was completed in one day as promised, and was done extremely well. Working with insulation can be extremely messy, but the Koala crew did such a good job with cleanup that there was no trace of them having been in my house when they left. Outstanding!!

It's very easy to come in and jack the rates, it's harder to be honest and just help.

The folks at Koala Insulation are the up most professional. From the initial phone call back to the crew that was sent to perform the Spray foam installation. Considering the tight working space , they managed to place the foam insulation to the full 3" thick agreement.
Actually, they are returning this fall to ad more blown in cellulose to our attic flat. I would highly recommend them for any of your energy home needs.

They installed insulation in my semi finished attic. They cleaned up after and you would have never known they were here except the enjoyment of better insulation for keeping the cool air in during the summer and warm air during the winter! Great job!!! Highly recommend!

No nonsense estimate by Eric. Did not try to sell me something I did not need. Very reasonable cost. Speedy scheduling and excellent communication via text and email. Crew was very professional and courteous. Installation was straightforward and we can already feel a difference, especially in our porch that lacked insulation altogether.

Justin and his crew did an excellent job of insulating our attic and knee-wall space. They were punctual, friendly, efficient and professional, and I highly recommend them.

Attic insulation install: I removed old furniture etc from the attic myself before the install. Workers arrived on time the first day & removed fiberglass batting. Second day was an all day install of the foam. Owner returned three days later by my request to remove metal staples used to secure plastic drop cloth on attic flooring & to vacuum up stray bits of foam on attic flooring. Now using fans to air out attic space & exhaust odor out of the house. Should take about a week of ventilation to clear the odor. I was very impressed with the professional approach used by Koala Insulation and would recommend the company to other home owners in the area.

Koala removed our preexisting insulation as well as installed new. We worked with a few different professionals. They were all very kind and did their jobs well. We would definitely recommend this company.

This company added insulation to my attic space, covered the whole house fan and installed a “tent “ over the drop down stairs.

Koala came in on time and put insulation in my new construction. I held them up with putting it in my attic because my siding wasn’t up yet. We interviewed 4 insulation contractors, of all the ones that provided estimates, this one was the most professional and most detailed. Very patient in detailing what was needing and why it was needed. They arrived on time, they were efficient and thorough.
