He was able to come out within two days to inspect and the very next day sent out one of his very professional employees to repair our roof. We were in a tight spot, trying to find a painter for a difficult space, a large room with high ceilings, a lot of old, cracked caulk, some bad drywall and many other restorations needed. About half a dozen painters had come to look, but declined to give quotes, saying the job was too big to fit into their schedules. With only one quote in hand, we happened to talk to Kevin. Kevin took the others' reluctance as a challenge, came in 20% below, and did an absolutely phenomenal job. His mudding and restoration work is fantastic and the finished space looks gorgeous. He was a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend Kevin highly enough.
