Original price was 395 $421.66 with tax for exterior back door with shattered glass and frame to be removed and replaced with new door and frame I already had and paid for. Keven himself was not able to do the job so he sent out one of his guys. When he got here he was able to change just the door for the new door by removing the doors at the hinges and switching them, he also put the door knob back. The only tool used was a drill and it took less than an hour. This did not even include them taking away the old door its still here. I called Keven to let him know what was done and pay. He sent me a new invoice for 341.60 and called to let me know that was the best he could do. They were very polite while ripping me off. Never will I call KNS again.

Kevin was fantastic to deal with. Not only was his price very fair but his work was amazing. He installed our floor in the entire house in a just few days. I did receive quotes from multiple other large flooring suppliers and felt that they were over charging me for everything and suggesting things that were not necessary. Kevin stood behind what he promised and showed up when he said he would. Could not be happier with his work. Will definitely use him again and have already recommended him to others. Thanks Kevin!

Kevin and his crew at KNS Remodeling have now completed two remodeling projects for Penney Properties, LLC. One was a basic cosmetic flip, and the other a complete down-to-the-studs overhaul.
