I had a door that was installed by Kirk development years ago, and I needed some advice on it, because I was having trouble with the locks. I called and spoke to Bob, and he said he would look into it and call me back. But he never did. So I called back and left another message for Bob to call me back to find out why he hasn’t called me. Bob never did call me back. I hired another company to fix my problem with the door.

I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.

The workmanship was poor, the cost was high, refused to take instruction, left work half done, put holes in ceiling then slapped on a plastic plate & covered with speckling, put in a sub sized bathtub that the bearded guy adamantly refused to seal, destroyed sketched design of tile, left roof unsealed and jacked up the price 26% during the construction. I wouldn’t recommend paying more than half of their bid, if you choose to hire them.

We used Kirk for a kitchen remodel about a year ago. They are high cost for low quality work. They took three times as long to complete the kitchen (almost a year and with no materials delays mind you) causing us to bring home our newborn child to a house with no functioning kitchen. They didn’t complete the work to plan, misplacing the island and throwing off the entire layout. When we made complaints, they spoke a good game about taking responsibility but didn’t take any corrective actions. A year later from the reno and the cabinet draws they installed are falling apart, the plumbing they did beneath the sink fell apart causing water damage to the island. We highly recommend avoiding Kirk construction at all costs.

Nate and Curt are involved in my project. They did a new AC installation in May 2021 and redid the ductwork, and it works great. I was pleased that they only request money as the work progresses. With the supply of goods, labor shortages, and delays at city hall with the permits, it's been a process, but I'm well satisfied with the quality of the work. but Currently redoing the laundry room; the walls are made of of cement and stucco, but the tradespersons never complain.

This company is the greatest they came and helped me fix an old job that was leaking that they had nothing to do with. John and Devin are the greatest people to work with I highly recommend them to anybody either fix something or remodel anyting.

We have relied on Kirk Development for many home projects through the years and have always been highly pleased with the work, the time in which they complete it, the quality and their promptness in getting back to you. They have done everything from a complete bathroom upgrade, getting rid of popcorn ceilings, installing air conditioning units and ceiling fans, the list goes on. Every time, their prices are very reasonable and their quality of work is second to none. We recommend Kirk Development for any job you need done around the house, no matter how big or small.

Have lived in north central for the past 20 years, I had heard about the steller reputation of Kirk Development. Had a kitchen and master bath remodel from Kirk and we couldn't be more happy. The entire process went very smoothly. They came up with innovative designs at a very fair and reasonable price. The workers were very respectful and took extreme care to keep things neat, clean and orderly.
With mom visititing often, Kirk also outfitted the home with senior citizen upgrades with wider doorways etc. Was impressed the Kirk was one of the few contractors in the area who was specifically certified in these senior upgrades.

We are now going on 6 months trying to remodel 800 square feet of existing space and extend garage out. Designer was inept. Multiple things that should have been in initial design weren't (ie: lighting design and reasonable electrical layout, etc). Now these are "change order" over runs that caost time and extra money. Have had to have multiple fights to have things done right and over simple corrections multiple times. Currently waiting for electrical to be completed finishing 4th week (800sqft totally open!). They are now the joke of the neighborhood. Superintendent no longer would speak to us over the phone or in person, would only text message because he didn't like complaints about the work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Plainly they don't really care.
