My experience w Kilde Construction was fantastic. They made it crazy easy from the first assessment until the last detail was done. I never felt dumb for asking lots of questions and always got a timely response w every text and email. Would hire again and refer them in a heartbeat. I had my roof and gutters done.

Kilde Construction just completed a gutter/downspout job and a remodel and modernization of the front of our home. Both crews were very professional, competent and detailed oriented. Parker Kilde was great to work with. We are very happy with the quality of work plus the price was very fair. I very highly recommend Kilde Construction.

I had my first interaction with Kilde Const following a tip from my wife after seeing a positive review on social media. I also had been browsing a magazine and saw an article that was an interview with them and figured that I would give a call to schedule a quote on a roof replacement following 5/9/23 hail in Bismarck.
I was honestly not going to get my hopes up high as I had called 5 previous contractors and of the 5, 3 called back and said that they would stop, measure and submit an estimate and none followed through on what they said.
Logan called me the next day, set up a time to meet in person, DID NOT ASK OR WANT TO SEE MY INSURANCE QUOTE!!!
He said i will get up there, measure it up, submit in email form a quote for comparison and did just that within a day or two.
Log story short, I went with him and he worked with my insurance on some slight differences on what they had put together versus things Logan saw that they had missed.
My insurance companies flying monkies that were handling the claim were extremely difficult to contact and work with and Logan did not give up on me, he just kept woking at it.
The final hurdle was that my insurance insisted that my roof be replaced by 5/9/24 or they would not reimburse my claim. I did get a small 10 day extension after I proved that I was in a contract with Kilde to get the roof done by them ASAP.
Since my insurance was playing games all the way through and we did not want to take any chances, Logan juggled his entire schedule for me, even with the weather not working in his favor and did my roof on 5/9/24 to satisfy them.
There was great communication on when the material would be dropped off and when to be ready for crews and action to start.
The crew knocked on the door just before 7 to introduce themselves and verify that we had all vehicles out of the garage.
They had a large crew, did not mess around and were all wrapped up by about 7. Following the work my yard was as it was prior to start and everything was cleaned up.
A few days later I received a call and this was for a follow up visit that was to do a walk through, inspection of all work by the owner and verification to see if I was happy, satisfied and if there was anything else that I needed.
Stop looking any where else, pick up the phone call them they will take care of you and you WILL be happy, They will make sure of it.

I’m so pleased I chose Kilde Construction for my new roof. Everyone I worked with was courteous of my time and very professional. And the crew is so clean. They literally left no trace in my lawn. The work is top notch too, my new roof looks great. These guys checked all the boxes.

Parker and Logan were great to deal with. They showed up on time and their crew was wonderful. They cleaned up every night and never left a mess. Highly recommend!!

We had a really unhappy time with Kilde. The work was eventually done well, but communication was horrendous as supplies weren't delivered on time, then other jobs took longer, etc. and they rescheduled and rescheduled without communicating that rescheduling was needed, i.e. just didn't show up when they said they would. I understand that rescheduling happens with contractors, but please communicate when you have thousands of my dollars already.

Kilde did our floors in March after we had water damage from the snow of 2022 and they did a FANTASTIC job. We had a baseboard that had lifted near our front door and a couple bubbles form in the kitchen since then, and they came and got it all fixed up today. They are so thorough that they actually found a few more issues in the kitchen and fixed it all right away! They are always so courteous, kind, and respectful when they come. I recommend Kilde for anyone who needs work inside or outside done on their house. 100/10!! Thank you Kilde!! Pictures of the fixed flooring by the front door and in our kitchen.

Absolutely amazing job on my house. I had new roof, gutters and door wraps completed and everything looks great. Company was easy to work with and would use them again if needed!

Parker, Logan and their team are so great to work with! They did flooring in my home and were clean, thorough and really helped me understand what was going on. Parker was super helpful with suggestions for options for a few bumps in the road. We will 100% be using Kilde Construction again for any and all projects we have around our home!

We hired Kilde Construction to do the siding on our house and redo our front deck/porch and they’ve done an excellent job, efficiently and quickly! Beautiful and professional work, I highly recommend and would hire again.
