Chris and Luke went above and beyond what they had to do. It was winter when they installed our furnace. They made sure we had heat during the night- both nights. They were knowledgable, courteous and friendly. This is our second furnace with big horn and I can't imagine allowing anyone else to maintain, repair or install for us. Thanks guys!

We really appreciate Chris and Luke they installed a new furnace in record time. They were here a day early and only took them 4 hours to complete . Very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them for any work that needs done. Thank you so much

After looking at Big Horn Heating and Cooling's reviews, I decided to go with them. I signed up for their maintenance program in '23. In late June of this year, one of their employees came to maintenance the mini split system and only did half the job. When the inside unit started making noises, I asked for a different technician to come out and asses. After opening the unit, it was apparent only the exterior was "maintenanced" leaving the inside filter dirty and the reservoir gummy. The same technician came out a second time to review the work that had been done on the compressor unit and reported that the initial employee (from June '24) overfilled the unit with refrigerant. A third time the technician came out and took off some of the refrigerant, only a few weeks later to find our unit isn't even able to run the AC. Outside of typical maintenance, we have never had an issue with our unit. It was explained to us by the technician that the initial tech was not trained thoroughly that resulted in other complaints in the area- ultimately that tech was not working this area anymore (but working another). We were also told when a unit is overfilled, the system is to be called in and the unit completely reviewed- none of this was done until last week.

I spoke with the receptionist each time I had to have a tech come out and she said she had documented all of this- only to find out today (10/14/24) that the name of the initial tech is magically not in the system as having serviced our mini split.

We paid them for the initial half job that was done. When told by the technician it would take an hour's worth of work for the final job, we were billed for 2.5 hours. We tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt, but we will be going with another company in the future due to their dishonest practices.

The guys were efficient, timely and clean. They need to improve communications with the homeowners so as not to miss critical details. Overall excellent performance. Thanks!

We recently had Chris L., Luke G., and Eli C. with Big Horn Heating & Cooling change out our furnace, and add a central AC unit. I would highly recommend using Big Horn Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs. We contacted them on a Tuesday and they had Robert D. out to our house Friday morning to give us a quote. They were able to schedule the install quickly thereafter. The service was kind and professional from start to finish!!

From beginning to end BIG Horn Heating and Cooling were amazing to work with!!! Jim and I would recommend this business! From the estimate, to finding out that we could finance the work, to filling out the paper work. Tauna and Kim in the office kept in contact of where the application process was from begging to final approval. There are very few companies that do the this kind of customer service (outstanding).
Now on to the three young men that did our instalation, Chris L., Luke G., and Eli C. were amazing!! They came into our home were polite, considerate, clean, didnt slam doors, not loud almost stealthy at times, and best of all didn't seem bothered we were home and also loved on our dogs who were very interested in all the going ons. Not once were bothered that they were being followed in and out all day:) They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, nice to see young people take pride in thier work!!! These three young men are welcome in our home any time as well as this company.
To know that they have a service plan also adds added comfort knowing the extra maintenance and if some thing happens we have protection:) Great company and amazing employees that we delt with. Keep up the good work!! Thanks for serving Worland;)

I am very happy with Big Horn Heating and Cooling! My furnace went out on Sunday night. First thing Monday morning Derek S. came to check it out. He gave me the option of fixing a 30 yr old furnace or replacing it. I chose to replace it and my water heater at the same time. Today, (Friday) Derek and the crew ( Chris L and Eli C) did an outstanding job of replacing both, cleaning up the mess and explaining everything to me. I definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!

I have had Jeremy, Rob, Chris, and Luke to help with all my furnace needs! Friendly! Knowledgeable! Great team from the office to your door step! Quick, reliable.

Technicians are great, seem to know their craft, and troubleshoot quickly to the problem requiring repair.

The parts pricing, however, is completely out of line. Was charged $247 dollars for a part that retails online for $50-70 Unacceptable. Had I known before the tech installed the part, I would have passed on the installation and saved myself a lot of money. With all the other companies and agencies gouging our pocket books right now, it would be nice to not have to worry about our local companies taking advantage of us.

Luke was very thorough and neat. He made an effort to make sure the new AC installation was orderly. It also works great.

Chris and Eli were all bussines , no breaks , worked continuously very friendly, explained everything i asked. They deserve a bonus!!! I would recommend them without hesitation.

Chris L. and Luke G. installed a new air conditioner and tankless hot water heater in our home. We are very pleased with the job they did. When they finished the job they made sure we were happy with the job they had done and our new units. Nice to see they take pride in the work they do!! They went above and beyond! Hello everybody. I just have one minute to spare, but I like to post this because I am so pleased with Big Horn Heating and Cooling here in Worland. When we have heat and heat outside no AC will get to hot inside. Kaycee did not give up at my problem and so did Derek. Thank you so much that you fix my AC the problem in this old house.

We had a great experience with Dave. He got us set up on a maintenance plan. He provided excellent customer service and answered any questions we had.

Had a Technician named Dave come out and was nice and professional and top off my freon in my ac and he went above and beyond making sure me and my wife understood all that he was going to be doing before he even started then ended up getting it all done fast and efficiant

I have employed Big Horn Heating & Cooling twice to install a furnace replacement with additional AC in my mothers home and a heat pump AC system in my own home. Their first technician at my mother’s home diagnosed the problem with the original forced air furnace, which had reached end of life status, and recommended a properly sized replacement unit. For both installations, the crews arrived on time, worked their butts off and were finished in around 6 hours each time. They cleaned up the work area, taught us how to use the controls, and answered all our questions. We are very pleased and highly recommend BH H&C!
01/2024 Update: I’ve now used Big Horn to install a humidifier on the whole house forced air furnace. It’s an AprilAire brand. Once again, excellent installation and clean-up. During this dry, cold winter, the humidifier adds humidity to the air helping us to breathe easier, reducing dust, static shocks and allergens, and be more comfortable in the home.

These guys did a great job! They even moved the water heater to make sure the job was done right and to the best of thier ability. We are thankful for how they were able to get it all done in a day and got us back home, warm and rdy for school and work the next day! Thanks again for all the hard work!

We recently moved into an older home that had a gas leak in the basement. Mike and his team were excellent in the way they discovered how the gas was leaking from several places, and then they fix it. They were highly professional and did great work. Highly recommend!

Matt and his crew are THE best in the business when it comes to HVAC . Professionalism and good knowledge are their strong traits . Customer service is awesome as well. I send anyone needing assistance to Matt and crew every time .

A.C. went out on a 94 degree day. The office answered the phone during lunch hour, had a tech passing through Thermop, scheduled him, got it running that day and ordered the necessary relay switch for a permanent fix! Boom! Done!

BTW, Joe rocks! Great employee, keep him!
