Eastman Construction replaced a 20 year old two story deck. Lower access from the family room is now a beautiful screened in outdoor space. The upper access from the MBR is now a quiet space to enjoy the views. We are very happy with the outcome as well as the process on this project. Craig and crew work to a high level of detail and excellence. We were always well informed of progress, next steps and when the crew was going to be working. We are looking forward to working with Eastman Construction on a new project next year.

Craig and his team have to be one of the most meticulous, detail-driven, and pleasant GCs to deal with in the Smith Mountain Lake area. Their communication level is exceptional and their work is outstanding. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to do a renovation.

My wife and I had the pleasure of Craig working with us on completing our newly built home on Smith Mountain Lake, and there were three traits that really stood out to us when working with Craig.
1.) He listens! Craig really listened to us on details of the house that were important to us. Our conversations were always productive and questions could easily flow both directions so we were always on the same page with the build.
2.) Quality work! Without question, the best quality craftsmanship and work ethic we have ever received from a contractor. This was really important to us.
3..) He followed through on every conversation we had and provided updates without us having to ask.

Without hesitation, Craig will always be our first call for future work and projects!! I highly recommend Craig and Eastman Construction.

A true full-service construction firm with knowledge of all areas necessary to complete a full project on their own. I have found him fully trustworthy and honest. Goes the extra mile to make sure each part of the project is up to his standard. Knows the proper subcontractors to work with all over Virginia.

Craig Eastman has been exceptional to work with throughout every stage of three remodeling projects we’ve undertaken: replacing sliding glass doors and windows, fully renovating our screened-in porch, and painting our house and dock. We couldn't be happier with the renovation and remodel of our master bath. Craig is organized, communicative and plans effectively so that work progresses and is ready for sub-contractors. All work was done to a high standard and completed on or close to schedule. Best contractor we have ever worked with. Highly recommended.
