I contacted Joe Botti at Keystone about power washing and sealing my stamped concrete patio. I was very pleased with the service and final product as it looks like new. I had a couple of questions and issues after it was completed and Joe came the next day to answer my questions and make sure any issues were resolved. It was a pleasure working with Keystone and Joe was great at providing customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you! Thank you! I had a mess on the garbage can and sidewalk in front of my business this am when I got to work. I was trying to take care of it with buckets of hot water. As I was filling another bucket, Joe with Keystone Pressure washing pulls up in his truck. He saw me struggling, turned around came back and pressure washed it for me! It’s the little things you can do for people that make the world go round. I highly recommend Keystone, obviously a good guy!!

There was one rescheduling, due to a conflict of times. Joe and his team showed up on time for the rescheduled appointment and they did a great job cleaning our concrete and Versalock walls. Looks very good and they were quick! I would recommend them any time!

I had my house washed and the roof cleaned. Looks better than I had hoped for! Price are reasonable and Joe was great to work with. I plan on having them back next time. Keep in mind this kind of work is weather dependent so you may have to be patient.

From beginning to end Joe and Keystone Pressure Washing was very easy to deal with and would recommend and use again in the future. The ease of communication and getting quote via email was helpful. The price quoted was reasonable for 2 awnings (fiberglass) $250 and he got us scheduled fairly quickly into the spring season. The 2 young men that showed up to do the work were professional and listened to my concerns around the condition of the awnings and taking care not to disturb the neighbors adjacent properties. Joe came to my home about 2 months ago for a roof cleaning - I’m a little late in posting this! Our roof looked horrible. There were dark spots on it and tons of moss. We thought our roof was done for and were considering replacing it relatively soon. I was initially hesitant on how well a roof cleaning would really do, but Joe went through all of the different options with me and told me what he would do if he were me. Keystone Pressure Washing did a fabulous job. I never saw my gutters so white since they were new. Joe was professional, courteous, and pleasant to talk to before and after our cleaning. We had our whole house, garage, and all patios & cement cleaned. Not only did it look great, it even smelled cleaner outside. All the dirt, dust, algae, pollen, and outdoor grime associated with living in a rural area were removed including some pretty heavy moss on a north side wall. We had a few areas of concern and Joe paid extra attention to those areas, including being super cautious around our Koi pond! Well worth every penny to save us the aggravation of cleaning 3 stories. Joe has the equipment, the products, and the expertise to do a job that would have taken us days!
