Do not hire this contractor. We have called him on many occasions to come and fix the horrible job they did. It’s only been a few years and my stairs are all ready crumbling. They do not listen to the type of work you want and took advantage of an 83 years old woman. They got away with it because no one from her family was watching their work. Sloppy beyond belief. Cracks everywhere and mind you this was a brand new stairway, which is not even leveled correctly, and sidewalk replacement and entrance area into the ground floor They never even bothered to show me the concrete testing reports, they never even took sample for testing. We told them that we weren’t ready for the sidewalk for we were waiting for con Edison to do a gas conversion and what do they do, start destroying our sidewalk and we had no choice but to let them pour cement or we would have been fined by the city. They are such sneaky creeps. It’s just such an ugly job they even use old cobblestone. horrible job. They didn’t even put the right type of sand in-between the cobblestone it’s always dirty and cobblestone is too spread apart. When it rains it rains inside of the stairs. The outside of the stairs even has a white line that shows that the cinderblocks will be exposed soon So disgusted with their work so again, I would really consider not hiring them. old cobblestone used. Never any luster at all. It’s just such an ugly horrible job. Not even the right mortar/sand used it’s always looks dirty even when it’s wet. All they care about is a good review. Not with us. Come and see our home before you hire them, believe me you’ll run really quick. You definitely will think twice. I wish someone would have warned us!!!! No such luck. they have ignored our phone calls for months. I will write this review everyday until they come back and make it right. If not I will do my best to make sure they never work again if I can. I truly hate that they have gotten away with this. they even put in a drain where it didn’t belong did whatever they wanted we even hate the fact that under the stairs is retaining water and it’s just a matter of time before the cinderblocks are gonna burst. They didn’t even put any weep holes to absorb and flush out the water from the side of the stairs. So much water buildup it’s starting to create mildew. Again I’ve have called them numerous times and when I have spoke to him, he calls me is his friend. He’s no friend of ours. He wanted to make sure I gave him a good review. He doesn’t deserved not 1 star. AGAIN I cannot stress it enough DO NOT EVER HIRE this contractor

I manage a mixed use building in East Williamsburg Brooklyn and have used Keystone Contracting for various projects (e.g., sidewalk replacement, interior painting, exterior waterproofing, brick refacing). Their workmanship is very good and the owner (Tanveer "Frank" Ahmed) is always available to address any concerns and/or answer any questions. They have also proven themselves to be very flexible when drafting their proposals/contracts, collaborating with me to ensure that the terms of the agreements are fair to all parties involved.

My house was in bad condition before Keystone starting working on it. Now my house is looking beautiful. I recommend Keystone to family, friends, neighbor and any others interested. Their workers are reliable and consistently had excellent performance while meeting all deadlines.

Keystone just completed putting down a new roof and silicone sealer on common roof area of our condo building in Ridgewood, Queens. The job was excellent. I am a general contractor myself and I know what to look for. They were meticulous, communication was excellent, they showed up when they said they would, and the guys doing the work I could tell have many years of experience. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Would highly recommend! Keystone Contracting is a great construction company in NYC. Very fast and professional work. It was hard to find good construction contractors who would communicate clearly and answer all questions. They deliver quality work on time. Will hire again in future for more jobs.

Keystone did my roof, my driveway, sidewalk replaced 3 yrs ago. Adam was the sales rep/foreman. Contract said 4” thick walkway 6” apron. Cracked within the first 3 months. Talk to Adam and his brother more than a year never return to repair. keep on saying will come to repair and never did.

Personnel at Keystone Contracting Corp we're outstanding and professional. We were very pleased with their work (Concrete sidewalk Replacement) and everything was done as we expected.

I had a great experience using Keystone Contracting Inc for work on the outside of my home. I have used many contractors over the years and Dev and Frank from Keystone were the best. It’s hard to find contractors who communicate effectively, show up on time and do quality work. Keystone nailed all these points and more. I first hired Keystone to demolish and pour a new concrete driveway. The demo was completed in day 1 and the new concrete poured on day 2. There was a team of 8+ people on the job executing flawlessly. True artists who knew what they were doing. Very happy with the results we hired Keystone to do brick pointing for the entire house. Keystone arrived with a crew to work on the front and another crew to work on the back. They worked for 8 straight days grinding, power/acid washing and then pointing the bricks. We are very happy with the results. I can confidently say I would hire Keystone again. Dev and Frank were patient, answered all questions, addressed every concern and delivered a quality job on time. Had walkway and driveway apron replaced 3 yrs ago. Adam was the sales rep/foreman. Contract said 4” thick walkway 6” apron. Cracked within the first 6 months. Took Adam more than a year to return to repair. Now less than a year later , surface of the repair is crumbling!! Where is this company’s integrity?

This company installed a new driveway at my house recently and I could not be more pleased with the work they performed.
With their courteous and professional attitude, the entire process was completely hassle free... AND the price was right!
Will use them again for sure.

I had the sidewalk repaired by the driveway. The guys did a nice job and were very nice. I would use them if needed. The price they gave was very affordable.

I hope I can save someone else the trouble of dealing with this company. I don't know how they could possibly have a 4.8 rating. It's too bad I cant give them 0 star review.

I called them to make an appointment for an estimate to repair my skylight leak on Thursday. They told me someone would come after 2pm, no show, no call. I called Friday morning to find out what happened, spoek to a Michelle, I got an apology, but no explanation. They offered to come back out Friday after 4pm and I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance, things happen after-all... I waited, no show, no call. I called the office back 2x got no answer.

Then late Friday evening I get a call back, asking me if I had called about a skylight. I was asked to text the pictures of the damage to them, so I did, again no response. So now the light bulb is going off in my head, these guys probably don't want to waste their time coming out. Fast forward to Sunday, I respond back to my last text waiting to see if I get an answer, I get "We sorry about it' just unusual situation because of Covid, but it seems like something minor we can seal around skylight for $550".

Are you for real??? How do claim to be this great a company, and provide an estimate via photo for a roof leak?? I'm no roofer, but you gotta see a problem like this in person to make a good judgement call on whats causing it. Photos only tell part of the story.

Don't waste your time with these guys. I bet a lot of these reviews are lies. Any good roofing contractor will go up and look at the damage, not guestimate via text message photo. Poor communication skills, poor follow up and poor overall experience. I would never call these guys for anything.

Keystone Contracting is a professional company. The manager was responsive and provided excellent service. I would recommend this contractor for home improvements.

Contracted keystone to install pavers in the backyard.they did a excellent job.they was on time and cleaned up nicely when finished. Seasonal price and good worker.

The Keystone workers did an excellent job in cementing our backyard. Our kids now have an entire backyard to play in . My husband and I are very happy with the outcome and we will definitely hire them for more jobs to come in the future !

I must say they were professional came in worked hard and got the job done in about 4 days now we haven't had any bad rain storms since the roof has been done but I feel confident that it'll be fine Amad and his staff get the job done since my last post we've gotten some really bad rainstorm and so far so good the roof is holding up just fine

Excellent contractors. Did pointing of the brick walls and repair an big lack of my back yard and repaired metal railings, cornice some plaster work and painting in my vestibule. Very good. Attentive and good costumer service. Can't say enough good things about them!!!

We hired Keystone to redo our entire front porch area for our church and they did an incredible job. They were extremely professional and gave the best price out of all the companies we contacted. I highly recommend this company.

Keystone did a great job cutting our stone wall and installing 36” steel door. The business owner Adam gave me a really good quote compared to other contractors and kept his word. They showed up on time, kept the space clean and even gave me a discount at the end of the project. His guys’ Craftsmanship was good, and I didn’t have to worry anything. I will work with them again when we have next project.

I feel bad for giving 3 stars, because they really did a good job in resurfacing my sidewalk. But when my husband contacted them and explained what he needed, they said that they would help him to remove the DOB violation, but actually they didn't. After the job was performed (and they got paid), my husband called to ask for help and the owner always says he is too busy and he will get back to my husband and he never does. Even though when my husband said he would pay him extra to get the DOB permit. So, that being said, the aftermarket customer service sucks!

They repaired my driveway and retaining wall beautifully. Were always on time and professional. Manny ran the job wonderfully. Great crew.

Keystone Contracting went over and beyond the work that was needed for my roof repairs...they visited at least five (5) times until the problem was corrected while keeping in touch to check if I had any issues

I had leakage in my ceiling from the snow storm. Frank came the day after I called. He was pleasant to work with. Got the job done within a day. He claims that if anything happens to the roof, he will come fix it for free.

I really enjoy working with the team at Keystone contracting. I was explained about the job in detail and they performed an excellent job at replacing my roof. The crew was on time then if and tastic job and cleaned up when they were done and I look forward to working with them again in the near future and would definitely definitely definitely recommend them to others!

Unreliable contractor!
We hired Keystone to fix a leak in our roof. A week after the work was done the roof continued to leak. I spoke with Adam who assured me that the issue would be resolved. Currently, a month later, we are out the money we paid Keystone and we still have a leaky roof!
It’s is shameful that companies operate like this.
Save your money and find a reliable contractor.

Keystone Contracting Corp. is a highly professional and trustworthy company. I had heard so many stories from our friends and neighbors of selecting a bad roofing company until I spoke and met Adam, owner of Keystone Contracting, he was a soft spoken, professional, patients and courteous. The office staff showed a high level of responsiveness, and respect. The workers were proficient, knowledgeable and on top of their work, they finished my roof in two days, and my driveway and walkway in one day. I was happy and satisfied working with Adam. I would definitely use Keystone Contracting again and would recommend Adam and his company without reservations. In fact I had recommended him to one of my architect friend.

These guys are kind, mild and easy to work with. Adam really takes the stress out of the project. He knows his business but most importantly how to treat people. Use them. They are reasonably priced they answer all your questions and are accessible.

We called Keystone Contracting and spoke with Ahmed for a quote on a new roof. He was at our house that week to take a look and was able to do the work with his team the very next day! The price was great and the work was top notch. They were punctual, very professional, and answered all of our questions. I would recommend them to anyone!

I would happily recommend Mr Kami to do a job in my house again. More than his ability to get the job done, is his honestly and integrity. No job is without problems, but those problems alloy you to see whether you are dealing with a reputable contractor. And we were! All the workers were capable and responsive to our interests. If we called we were met with a friendly voice, Usman, who got our message quickly to the right person. Kami was on the scene overseeing things often. We were very satisfied with the outcome of our job and give Kami a thumbs up!

Keystone did a very nice job painting all of the metal around my co-op building (fences, fire escape), and repairing a broken metal gate. They were pleasant and easy to communicate with, on schedule for the job, efficient, and very neat with the clean-up. I would happily hire them again.
