We had Key Roofing come replace our shingles and we were very pleased with the whole process. Their pricing was beyond fair, he answered all of my calls and questions, and the crew that showed up was extremely respectful. They cleaned up every bit of debris, didn't make and disturbances and were very efficient. The whole process was seamless. Heard about Key Roofing from our son who had his roof done last year and was very satisfied. Webster kept us informed of all stages of the job. His crew did excellent work. After the work was finished, all materials were cleaned up.

We had some storm damage to shingles on our roof and my brother recommended calling Key Roofing to make a repair. Initially, we didn’t think there was enough shingle damage to get our home insurance involved but when Key Roofing came and looked at the damage, he immediately found there was more damage that was not visible to us from the ground. Taking his advice to file a claim, we were approved to have the entire roof replaced. Tear-off and re-roof was amazingly done in 100 degree heat in just over a day, and that included clean-up.

The guys at Key roofing did a great job removing and installing our new roof. They cleaned up all the debris and were done in a day. We had a hail claim and having a contractor that is experienced in dealing with insurance claims is a major plus. Would def ask Webster Allen and Key for a quote if you’re considering a new roof.

I initially called Key Roofing several months ago for an inspection after a storm. The owner, Webster, came out and inspected. I figured the recommendation from a roofer would likely be to replace the roof; however, Webster was honest that a replacement wasn’t needed. Then a recent hailstorm changed that. Key Roofing was the natural choice from previous positive interactions and honesty. Supplies was delivered as scheduled and the crew showed up early and worked all day until replacement was complete. They were thorough in protecting my yard and cleaning up. Overall, Key Roofing was great to work with and I got an excellent roof at a fair price.

Webster at Key Roofing was super honest and helpful about what we need and most importantly, what we didn't need. Helped us through our options when it came to using insurance vs. not, and had everything done the very next day after an inspection. Very reasonable price and great work! Can't recommend enough.

Met with Web in March '23. Key Roofing was very prompt, gave a reasonably priced estimate, and did a great job on the repair work to my roof. If you are in the Madison area or other areas they serve, I recommend at least giving them a call if you are in need of roofing repair work.

We recently purchased a home in Madison with an existing roof in need of replacement. Webb and his crew at Key Roofing took all steps necessary to have materials needed, scheduled between the frequent storms as of late, and got his installers here as planned to strip our existing roof, install new architectural shingles and cleanup, all in less than two days. If not for the new roof you’d never have known they were here! Professional service as well as a polite crew on the install. Definitely recommend!!

I called Key Roofing after noticing a leak in a bedroom. The owner, Webster Allen, came out and determined a storm had damaged the roof. He put a tarp on the roof and his crew did a fantastic job tearing off the old shingles and putting in a new one. His crew put tarps over my shrubs to catch shingles, nails, etc and when they left the yard was completely clean. It took them one day to complete the job. Webster also had a painter/drywaller replace some of the ceiling, and paint the entire ceiling. He also cleaned up and replaced the wet insulation in the attic. Webster took care of everything and I didn't have to waste time looking for somebody to do the ceiling and attic and more importantly the job was done right. The roof looks great, you can't tell the ceiling was damaged, and after several heavy rains we haven't experienced any more leaks. I'm really happy with my experience with Key Roofing

Key Roofing did a great job on my roof. Repaired bad wood on the roof structure and replaced all the rotating roof vents (4), with more efficient ridge vents. They started and completed the job while we were away, less than 2 days, which was nice. The new roof looks great. The Key Roofing owner worked great with the insurance company. The cleanup was the best I have ever experienced. I looked pretty hard and could not fine one nail left behind. Left over material was neatly stacked at the end of my drive. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Key Roofing put an amazing roof on my previous house. Within a month of calling, my roof had aerial pictures, an estimate on cost, and had been replaced with a fantastic new roof. Web Allen, owner of Key Roofing, has always been very reliable with GREAT customer service. I recently had a small leak from a storm and called Key Roofing. Web promptly came out and fixed the problem.

I bid three roofing companies and Key Roofing presented the best price. The materials showed up the day before the work was scheduled. Their workers showed up promptly as scheduled. They striped all the old roofing off and installed the new roof in one long day. They placed tarps around the house to throw the old materials down on so did not make a mess. They replaced several pieces of rotten facia and a few spots of rotten decking on my roof. When finished they ran magnets around my yard to pick up any dropped nails etc. The next day the owner showed up to inspect the premises. He had a worker come back and touch up a few items that I had missed in my inspection. Overall, they exceeded my expectations. I would use them again.

We were already in need of a new roof, but when it developed a fairly large leak, we needed someone to replace it quickly. After getting several estimates, Key provided the best price and was able to get started the soonest (within one week). Before the crew was able to start, Webster (the owner) personally got on the roof and caulked the leak to prevent additional damage to our ceiling.

They came the day I called, gave proposal the next, and had me finished sooner than projected. Bid wasn’t the cheapest (or most expensive), but was very competitive and they could start the quickest and projected completion was better than other two.
