Our new roof turned out great! The guys were courteous and very easy to work with. The date was scheduled for roof replacement four weeks in advance and they were true to their word. They left our yard nice and clean.

KME was so easy to work with to get our roof replaced. No nonsense or upselling tactics - and that is what I look for in a company to work with. From the first visit to the completion of our roof the communication was top notch. I sell real estate myself and will be recommending their services with each opportunity I get. Kettle Morine exterior did an excellent job on our new roof. We had a warranty claim that Mike the owner helped us maneuver through to get the best results from the manufacturer of a 10 year roof that had a 30 year warranty. The old roof was removed day one and the new roof is put on the next day. Mike also purchased our new roofing material before a price increase which offered us significant savings. We had our roof replaced last summer, KME was not the cheapest bid ( in line with most of the bids we received) but they where very professional , suggested a couple of items that no other contractor mentioned. We felt very comfortable in choosing them, they came and did the work as planned and did a phenomenal job. Cleanup was also very good.
I would use them again .

KME did a hail damage claim at my home last summer. Replaced a 2 layer roof on the house and did the roof on my Garden Shed. Replaced all my gutters and downspouts and returned this spring and stripped my crummy old vinyl siding and cheap plastic shutters and resided the house with new composite siding. The crew did a great job on everything they did. All work as promised done correctly and right on time as per contract. Could not be any happier. Entire exterior is brand new. Thank you guys.

This company is top notch. They came when they said they would to meet me and do the estimate. They saw additional structural problems and sent out an engineer to engage and solve the problem. They offered up solutions along the way and kept me informed at all junctures. They knew with an old house that it's the details that make the difference- and they worked to keep those details intact where they could.

I had a fantastic experience with KME. Mike and his team enlarged the exhaust opening for a new furnace at my condo and re-flashed around it once the HVAC guys were done. I had trouble getting other exterior companies to even answer the phone while KME was punctual, professional, and their work was impeccable - highly recommended.

Kettle Moraine Exteriors (KME) was awesome to work with. I had a branch penetrate the roof of our house and they were out the next morning assessed the situation and repaired within a day.

I was in need of a new roof on my house. I requested bids from four roofing contractors. Kettle Moraine Exteriors was the most responsive - and lowest priced. Ken came out to my house, was very thorough to review the project and discuss the project with me. When the project start date arrived, all went as explained. Dumpster arrived, care was taken to put plywood on my driveway where the dumpster was set so that there would not be any damage. Crew arrived, shingles arrived. The next day the work was completed. Everything cleaned up, dumpster picked up - all as explained to me. Later that day the project manager showed up to make certain all work was completed to my standards. I have been a Construction Project Manager for quite a few years and am well aware how projects should be run. Kettle Moraine did an excellent job and I would recommend them most certainly. Great to know there are still contractors that perform as promised and even exceed expectations. Great job -Thank You KME

They were 5 star for what they did until we paid our bill. They had also done some siding work as well. We had 1 section of siding that came loose. I spent 3 weeks calling and texting and haven't gotten any response back in over 2 weeks. Very disappointing to get good service, pay the bill and get no service!
