Karen is super friendly, Brandon is very accommodating, store is very well stocked...not to mention the thumbs up lady( she knows lol).

It is a great place to procure those hard to find home improvement materials. Found the board I was looking for that no other local lumber company had. If you can dream it, Kent can help make it come true.

If you're American, Kent is the equivalent of Home Depot or Lowes. If you need something from a hardware store, they'll probably have what you need

This one’s for you Norma and Kirk! Amazing customer service! Heck it don’t even seem like customer service, but more so friendliness and respect when we ask for help or have any questions. Apart from that associates ask us if we need help, but a couple times you’ll get the unexpected rudeness from an associate but that’s okay. It’s life, everyone’s got those days :)

This is a shout out to Jason at Kent building center. Jason is hard working and ready to help load all the materials needed for our complete home renovation. I have to also give kudos to everyone else at Kent's. Too many names to mention but you ALL rock.

We are new to the area and Kent has quickly been our go to store. Have found prices and selection good and most of all, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to loading up for spring time projects.

Yet again back to return a product that was ordered and NOT FIT the application. Fourth time in 2 months..seriously? This 'new and updated' billing system needs some serious tweaking.. got invoices and there isn't ANY payment credits showing, been billed for both a door I returned(wrong swing), AND for the actual door I received..not impressed.
The actual floor/cashier service is great, it's the ' upper echelon' I believe need to look for a job they can handle. Nuff said

Great customer service, always helpful with finding the needed Job lot quantities. Employees even willing to go as far to call fellow employees who are enjoying days off to confirm details for orders and special discounts offered by the offduty employee.

This store is part of a NB Chain and is a good example of that chain. The store is clean, organaized, and well stocked at all times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff is usually always willing to joke around with you and have a good lauph. It makes for a great relaxing atmospher.

We were looking for ideas for a shower refit for our tiny bathroom. The employee was well informed and very helpful. She went the extra mile to even see where the product could be purchased.

Our local Kent in St Stephen isn't huge, but the service is exceptional. The women I've dealt with have all been knowledgeable and will go above the call of duty to get you what you need. Special shout-out to Denise who combed through plumbing fixtures for ages for me.

Not impressed. We ordered our countertops end of February. We recieved our ONLY call mid march to tell us half had arrived, but due to covid19 the other half may take longer as everything shut down. I get it, that's understandable. Mid may I go to the store to check the status and apparently the other half had not arrived, I'm still understanding at this point. 2nd week of June, still no call, I go to the store and find out the countertops are in and in the cutting room, associate informs me the stuff goes through there very quickly, about a week. June 29th,still no call. I go to the store and am finally told they are ready and have been for a while, associate also lied and said she left a voicemail NOT TRUE. July 2nd, FINALLY have my countertops home! I am not impressed with the lack of communication from the store and will definitely be going elsewhere for future projects. The only reason for the star is because the countertops look beautiful.

Extremely dissapointed in the service regarding the covid restrictions, today a woman snapped at my husband when he tried to enter the garden center and realized the door was locked the woman snarly snapped at him and told him the door was locked and he had to enter threw the garden center outside he said oh well I didn't know and she had the audicity to belittle him and said well if you read the sticker on the door you would know! As he replied well i dont read everything she says well maybe you should start and scoffed in his face and turned away!! A simple sorry the entrance to the garden center is outside would of been more professional considering shes and employee. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this store.

I moved myself from Toronto to St. Stephen. I was at the store to shop some home supplies with no idea of what to purchase and how to start. But to say, the team was very very helpful they were with me whole time explaining about the products and helped me fulfil my request. The team is very knowledgeable of what they are doing and they are to their best in making customers happy.
I would prefer Kent’s for building supplies.

I think I like the new look. They've worked really hard at changing and it's impressive. It's bright, easy to find things, and the staff seems to like it also. 2 thumbs guys!!
