Kenny Ethridge Plumbing

Kenny came out today to replace my water heater. He told me a couple of month ago, that this heater was running on borrowed time. It's a 21 year old water heater. After starting draining the water out of the tank, he said don't replace it. The water was super clear. He told me I would be only wasting my money at this point.
I really appreciate Kenny's honesty. He lost some money on this job, but he saved me a lot of money - at least until it's time to replace it. Then I will call Kenny again. My dealings with Kenny taught me that there are still honest companies out there looking after their customers.

Kenny was very helpful with my situation of a leaking tub faucet. He fixed it quickly and was very professional. Definitely will use again and/or recommend.

Kenny was fantastic! He came out the very next day after I contacted him and he even called me to let me know when he was on his way. He replaced my outside spigot and did a great job!! The actual cost was even less than the estimate he gave me!! He was super nice and professional and I could not be more pleased with his work!! I highly recommend him and won’t hesitate to call him when I need a plumber again in the future!!

Had a mean drip on an exterior spigot. Kenny was able to work me in his schedule a day before anyone else could come out. He quickly identified the problem and made sure I was aware of how to prevent it from happening again.

Needed three jobs done. Made time for us on our sink repair and realize he’s busy. That was very nice. But wouldn’t schedule next appointment (not sure why but knew it wasn’t going to happen right then) we really needed on the spot and asked us to call Monday. We called and text, now won’t respond. Typical.

Kenny Ethridge Plumbing is great for all your plumbing needs. We had a clogged drain that no amount of home “remedies” worked. He cleared the problem quickly. Not the first time I have used Kenny and will definitely use him again. Very reliable and reasonably priced.

This what professional look like I would recommend this business to everyone I called Kenny with a simple problem and he told me what to do over the phone most plumbing companies would have came out and charged you a arm plus your first born but not Kenny what a blessing he is Thanks for all you do.

I called Kenny and he came out and replaced my hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable and worked steady to get the job done.

Kenny was awesome! I called and in less than an hour he was at my door. He assessed the clog and with a little help with his tool, he was able to unclog my very, very, very clogged kitchen sink (the worse he’d ever seen). He changed out my valve just in case and now I have a swift drain. Nicely priced as well. He kept the price in mind which is always appreciated. Highly recommend 10/10.

A friend recommended Kenny from work she had done a few years ago. Her experience showed that Kenny was fast, thorough, and had fair pricing. My experience was no different. My water heater wasn't dead, but its demise was imminent. I called Kenny on Wednesday and he was at my house with a new water heater on Thursday. I woke up to a leak under my toilet first thing in the morning. This business was already opened at 6 am when all the other business were not yet opened. They came to my house within 30 mins and was a able to repair my leak in my toilet with no problem at all. They charged a fair price for almost an immediate response and repair. I highly recommend for great service and quality!

Called to have him fix I found. Only person I called that answered the phone,took his time to discuss what I had, set up a time to fix. Came out, very nice, professional , helpful as well. Wasn't out to rip someone off or tell me stuff I didn't need.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Ethridge’s service. We have used him 2x’s in the past 3 months (most recently a kitchen faucet installation & leaky tub faucet repair) and he is always polite, knowledgeable & very affordable! I’m 100% confident in his work and advice. I called Kenny regarding a leaking water heater. He worked me into his busy schedule and addressed my problem that day, and we showered that night. Friendly, courteous, and professional service at a fair price. I couldn't ask for more and I will recommend Kenny to my friends.

My pipes were “humming”. Just by my description, Mr Ethridge knew I needed a new pressure regulator. He checked to see current pressure regulator and none existed. He purchased a new regulator and installed it. All has worked well since this was done.

Kenny is awesome. After receiving a quote from one of the "big companies" that was absolutely ridiculous ($900) for the amount of work I knew was required, I was referred by a friend to Kenny. Not only were his prices exactly where I expected them to be but he was here the next day and finished the work quickly. Kenny is now my go to plumber here in the Covington area. Great guy and enjoyed the conversation as well.
