After weeks of attempting to get Mr. Davis to repair the work under his own written warranty, we were told it wouldn't be honored.
We found a terrible leak at chimney where he never installed flashing.
Non responsive, never sent quote as promised, left not one but TWO messages telling him AND his wife that I never received the quote.
Previous owner tried to reach Ken Davis but he never returned calls.

Ken Davis installed a new roof on our home in 2019. Fast forward to 2022 and leaks were discovered that were the result of horrible workmanship. After weeks of attempting to get Mr. Davis to repair the work under his own written warranty, we were told it wouldn't be honored because there had been several windstorms since the roof was installed. This is a metal roof, mind you. Wind had nothing to do with the leak problems, rather, the work was done incompetently per our GC and other roofing professionals.

Steer clear of these folks. It will save you money in the long rub.

The contractor removed the screens form the gutters during re-roofing and never reinstalled them. We found out a few month later after all the gutters were completely filled up with leaves. We requested the screens to be put back with no response. Had to buy and install new screens at our cost.

We have had the worst experience with Ken Davis and Donna Davis of Ken Davis Roofing. We bought our house in December; the previous owner had the roof replaced in 2017. Our inspector found numerous leaks and areas where they failed to install new plywood and instead nailed into rotting wood. Previous owner tried to reach Ken Davis but he never returned calls, so she had to have her general contractor fix it. Fast forward to now, and we found a terrible leak at chimney where he never installed flashing. We had to have our wall ripped out, brand new flooring pulled and the insurance adjuster out. Ken Davis and Donna Davis are refusing to honor the 30 year warranty that we have transferred from the previous owner. We are considering legal action.

Non responsive, never sent quote as promised, left not one but TWO messages telling him AND his wife that I never received the quote. Shockingly I heard back from Ken today, 1 1/2 months later, acting like a bit of a lunatic, angry that I didn't choose him. Words of wisdom that you apparently need: do not EVER knock down any other roofing companies as you did while you were at my house unless you are a good, decent and professional roofer yourself. Which you are NOT.

Mr Davis and crew responded to our plea to help up dry in our Michael damaged roof until repairs could be done. Not only did he come the next day, but he himself and his worker got on the roof within 2 days and repaired the damage. So within a week he was able to get us completely repaired. Quick competent and complete repair.
