Spoke with Sher the front desk lady. Couldn't even give me a phone number to the corporate office... which is her job. So the receptionist can't even do her job properly, I can't imagine what their service is like. "I don't have time for this right now." is not a good thing to say to a senior executive when all she had to do was take 5 seconds to provide a phone number.
