Everything from soup to nuts. 2 1/2 floors of merchandise with stuff not found in newer hardware stores. Very friendly staff willing to reach out to help you find what you need. Great store, can't say enough good things about it.

Is very much active today small town hospitality. Great store. If they don't have it they will try and order it for you.

Excellent store. Very helpful and kind staff. Have everything you could ever need. spent some time talking with the owner who is a great down to earth guy. It was a great experience. It was nice to see that some business are still run by family and put service first.

Excellent knowledgeable staff. They have all the hardware for what I need around the house, fishing gear, and bicycle supplies.

The employees here are always very helpful and friendly, and have on many different occasions given me solid recommendations when I'm not quite sure what I need.

Kelly's has everything you need for the yard, and the house. Downstairs is a plethora of nuts, bolts, wire, plumbing ect.

We love Kelly's Ace Hardware. The service is outstanding the last 15 yrs we frequented the store. Jason tinted and matched a can of paint (not there's) for me today at no charge and even carried the cans out to the car. Highly recommend.

A really fun place to shop at. We camp at Beebe campground and I always have a reason to hit Kelly's. Great selection for whatever you are looking for. I was somewhat disappointed today as they didn't have a left fin for a Gemini space capsule! LOL great staff.

So much better service than the big box stores! It's nice dealing with friendly, attentive employees who actually know what they are talking about. Great selection, and competitive prices. Always my first stop when I need something they carry!

Went to buy an on demand pump for a water tank, it was to big to fit into the tank, so I went back to exchange it. They were so nice, no worries! I just didn't have the right credit card for a refund with me, but it will be refunded when I return!
The second one I purchased fit! And it works wonderfully! Yeahhhh ;)

Could the Ace Hardware staff and owner be more amazing! My family and I were staying in Chelan in the RV park. Our refrigerator went out and we had perishable food. They came to the rescue, and saved our entire vacation. I can not even begin to say how grateful we are. Ace hardware is above and beyond the best in Chelan. They are the people that go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of. I will forever be grateful for the help they gave us. Before you go to Walmart, or anywhere else, call Ace. Pat, Thank you for everything.

Can't get better service or more helpful and friendly folks anywhere else. They are all extremely knowledgeable and treat you like family. They have almost anything you could imagine you need and what they don't have they will order for you! This is our go to place!

The Kelly family have been here for generations serving the community fabulously. They have an amazing collection of products, supplies, parts, etcetera. The store might look small from the outside but it covers multiple floors and buildings. :)

The employees appear to be nice and helpful. I purchased a jacked up priced item. And went back to return the item. I was told this item could not be returned with no receipt. They could not exchange or give me store credit. I had not even used the item. This is not how you treat your customers. Thumbs down for this store.
