The hip roof in front and a low-slope section needed a complete replacement. They tore off the old shingles, replaced the underlayment and decking, and installed new asphalt shingles on the hip sections. For the low-slope part, they used PVC membrane. It made a big difference. Before, water used to sit in that back area, and we had leaks in the ceiling. Now, it drains better, and everything looks consistent. The flashing around the chimney and the roof-to-wall transitions were all redone. The difference in temperature and comfort indoors is noticeable, too. The crew was fast, tidy, and knew what they were doing.

Living in a high fire-risk area, we needed a safer and stronger roof. We went with a metal roof installation. Adam and the crew removed the old shingles, replaced a few sagging trusses above the garage, and added fire-rated underlayment before installing the standing seam panels.
