Robert from 911 went above and beyond. Was professional, answered all my questions and resolved my concerns, paid great attention to details, cleaned up, and also managed to remove bathroom vanity without damaging the tile and bathroom area. I’ve now dealt with this company three times and would highly recommend them.

This is the first time I shared a media review. I am happy to say it is positive. The 911restoration team is professional and SMART. As I watched them work, I saw a systematic., well thought out plan executed. Each worker knew what to do and went about doing. Every time I came by, workers were working with efficiency and care for my belongings. I really liked the communicaion between the office ( Marlin and Violet) and the lead site person (Deno). They listened to my suggestions and needs and offered reasonable alternatives. I can say a lot more good things about this team.
Bottom line...they did an excellent, creative, organized and beautiful job; especially considering how it looked at the beginning and how much they had to deal with. Finally, their communication created a warm, calm, respectful; yet joyful and humorous atmosphere.
Phase 1: five stars. Looking forward to the remaining phases. I have no doubt about getting the same excellent quality.

I just had very interesting experience with duo teammates Mr. Robert and Mr. Dino. I had no prior expectations on today's service call. But the way everything flowed and the energy vibes was just (I'm speechless). Incredible! I'm grateful these particular crew members came out to assist me. They were amazing! I discovered a wet spot on my carpet that wouldn't dry up , I assumed it was my dog peeing in the same spot , until I figured omgosh I think our bathroom pipe got a leak , so I called my insurance and they assisted us with 911 Restoration, they came very quick Robert helped us out very well , and questions we had he answered., a few days later Robert came back packed wrapped up all our living room furniture took it to the storages with a few help of his guys ,covered up anything exposing in the area. Took apart the carpet since it got damaged also removed the dry wall due to it being moist with some mold . Robert did a very great job we are very satisfied how he left everything covered and clean and well prepared thank you so much for your help .

Technician was promt, very polite, explained findings and options, did good job and we felt we were not taken advantage of or sold services we did not need.

I am thoroughly impressed with 911 Restoration! From the first phone call from Violet to the parting words of Dino and Robert, the entire crew made a stressful situation more enjoyable. Flavio and Cesar were extremely hard-working and professional as they rebuilt a water-damaged dining room and living room. Their supervisor, Eddie, said the work would be completed in five days and that's exactly what happened. And work they did! Dino and Robert were superb in carefully moving the items from these rooms and then gingerly moving them back. Merlin and Violet were great at keeping us updated on the insurance details. 911 Restoration was fantastic and so helpful during a very stressful time. They called the same day I submitted an insurance claim for water damage due to the storm, and Andrew came out the following day to inspect. I would definitely recommend 911 Restoration of Southeast LA. Violet Salmani and her team were hired to mitigate flood damage at a community clinic. This job included not only getting rid of water, but removal of materials which now had mold. She also coordinated the services of other vendors made sure the work was done according to schedules established. Violet was always available to take my calls and was amenable to changes in schedules/work based on business needs. She assisted in conversations with the insurance company to make sure work she felt was necessary was agreed to and reimbursable.

They are excellent from the time they come until the time they leave very friendly and professional, very responsive with Violet and Merlin I definitely recommend them to everyone

I just had the pleasure of working with Merlin, Violet, and Andrew not too long ago and my experience was fantastic. Since this was my first water damage the ladies both were extremely patient with me and walked me through the entire process. They were kind and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about this company. During the first (of many) “atmospheric rivers” that hit Southern California in early 2023, they were recommended by our State Farm insurance agent. When it seemed like countless people were not only experiencing water damage from the rain and having trouble finding a company to help, 911 Restoration was at our house immediately. Their work (mold remediation, repair, drying of all water, etc) was excellent, prices extremely competitive and they even recommended a fantastic GC (Danous Construction) that we have used since for multiple other construction projects at our house. Marilyn, as a their business owner, responds immediately. Her workers are fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with her and her company. I’m also not one to write reviews. Her company is worth it though. 911 Restoration has been amazing! Literally saved our lives. My daughter was medically tested for mold exposure and has 5x the safe black mold exposure in her body. After 12 years in our home, the mold was under the ceramic tile floor, behind the the ceramic shower tile, behind and under the sink cabinet and in 3 areas in our home.that we had been renting before we bought 1 year ago. They were professional, knowledgeable, caring, and worked efficiently until all the mold and remediation was done. I highly recommend them and their crew worked hard and were prompt. Their workers, Andrew and Dino, were very attentive and literally asked how my daughter was doing after she had such high mold exposure. Most important was they truly cared.
