We were impressed with Pat and Lory’s patience and thorough answering of our many questions for the cabinets, countertops, hardware, flooring choices. We appreciated that we did not have any delivery delays. The team that installed our kitchen and bath were fantastic. They were professional and engaging with us. We had a lot of fun conversations! Kelley's Home Services recently completed a bathroom remodel for us. I can't say enough good things about this company. They worked closely with us in the planning stage and throughout the completion of the job. Their staff were courteous, professional and highly skilled. We added on some small projects and their help and expertise assured that every aspect of the remodel turned out beautifully. In addition to all of this, once they started the job, they worked full-time until is was completed. This is an outstanding company and I highly recommend them.

This was the second time using Kelley Home Services and both occasions were top notch. Brit was wonderful at setting up everything we needed and gave great tips on parts we could do ourselves to help in overall cost savings. We will definitely use them again when needed.

They were a great group to work with - from the start with Pat and Lowry planning out the project (picking out materials) to the guys that came in to do the work. The guys (teams) were very professional and great workmanship, very comfortable to be around while they were working . We are very happy with how our remodel project turned out. i've used Pat and team several times over the past 10+ yrs. Several jobs on personal and investment property including a two bath and full kitchen remodel earlier this year. Each time I am thankful that i used Pat and Team. They know what they are doing and the job will be done correctly. In fact, i've already booked the team to redo the exterior siding and trim later in the spring.

When my wife and I finally decided to make the big decision of renovating our home we already knew who to work with. Our project wasn't small. Residing, replacing windows and doors, framing and remodeling multiple decks.

Chris Kelley was our point of contact and walked us through the whole process. His quote was very accurate from the start, even when we made the decision to increase the size of our large back deck. The sub contracted company they used were efficient and hard working, rain or shine. Chris oversaw everything every step of the way.

Well before starting work, Pat Kelley’s crew laid down protection for our floors, then sealed spaces and covered objects with plastic. Each day on leaving they swept and vacuumed, keeping our home clean and livable every day. That level of detail carried through their work on our project. Work was done on time as as promised. We were kept informed of what to expect at each stage. We’ve remodeled every home we’ve lived in over the past 50+ years, and this was by far the least stressful and the most carefully thought through. We’re pleased to have found Pat and his delightful crew to remodel our master bath, laundry room, and guest bathroom, and we’re now enjoying the results of their labors.

Kelley Home Services (KHS) just finished a fantastic remodel of our laundry and pantry rooms. We live in lovely downtown Gig Harbor in a home with a nice view and an open floor plan but have struggled with a lack of cabinet space and old, undersized laundry machines. KHS transformed our inadequate spaces into beautiful, highly functional spaces with an incredible amount of storage. Our expectations were far exceeded in every aspect of the job. Everyone working on the KHS team was courteous, friendly and a top-notch professional. KHS is by far the most responsive contractor I have ever had the pleasure to use. They immediately answered our questions and quickly resolved all our concerns. The highlight of our new laundry and pantry are the gorgeous custom cabinets (by Jones Custom Cabinets). Every available inch of space was transformed into easily accessible storage (i.e., lots of sliding shelves), with flawless craftsmanship. As you can probably tell, we are completely satisfied with the work KHS did for us and enthusiastically recommend them to our family and friends.

Kelley Home Services completed an addition to our home in 2006. The work done was professional and quality. After 18 years, we have not had one problem come up! We highly recommend Kelley Home Services for any renovation needs!

I found these folks in the middle of a home remodel project and I am so glad I did. They really know what they are doing and sincerely want to help. Everyone I dealt with was experienced, on time, and professional. They installed kitchen and powder room counters, backsplashes, sinks and faucets, as well as a new water heater, and removed a gas line. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and if I ever get around to my full baths, they are the first I will call. Highly recommend.

Fabulous company! Had them install a fireplace, replace a garage roof, replace an old door and electric wall heater, put in a hot tub outlet, and a bunch of other things. Fast, responsive. Stuff just gets done, and got done well. Beautiful work, good eye for details. Able to adjust to changing requirements, provides great service without upcharges. Will DEFINITELY use again.

Their work ethic is off the charts awesome, the crew is outstanding and went above and beyond in the work they did, they are extremely knowledgeable, on time every day of the project and was finished in the amount of time Pat told me it would be. I have had the pleasure of working with Pat Kelley with Kelley Home Services on a professional level providing residential structural engineering for KHS for well over a decade. Throughout this time we have worked on various structural remodels, additions and repairs. Pat and his team have always been great to work with. They are proficient communicators, and experienced builders with capability to tackle nearly any residential project.

Recently we personally had a bit of a Master Bathroom Shower issue in our new home and Pat was the one I called to come to the rescue. He did not disappoint. Within a few hours Pat and his team had diagnosed the issue and had a total estimate for completing the work. After accepting his team showed up on time every morning until our Bathroom Shower was taken care of and looked better than ever. Very thankful for KHS and highly recommend them for any residential project.

I am a local painter that works with Kelley home services quite often. The whole team is one of the best I have ever worked for, he is very professional, always on time and schedule oriented. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Pat Kelley was marvelous to work with. He was very responsive, his teams were here consistently (to the point where our neighbors all independently commented on their reliability), and his communication was excellent. Our kitchen looks wonderful and was finished on schedule with no drama. There is no question that we’ll use Kelley Home Services again, and I’ll continue to recommend him to everyone. As our first big project, I’m thrilled that we have no interesting stories of woe to share.

We had scheduled an appointment for this morning over a month ago. Like most people, my wife and I have very tight schedules and book appointments months out for almost everything. We were waiting around all morning for him to show up. Then, my wife noticed a voicemail on her phone calling the day previous to confirm the appointment. My wife again works 10 hour days and she does not get cell service at her job and is very busy. Because she didn’t respond, he went ahead and cancelled the appointment we booked months ago. Both my wife and I work in medical professions and if a patient does not confirm, that does not mean we cancel an appointment. They could have called again this morning if they were worried about wasting their time. Thank you Mr. Kelley for setting us back another month on our home remodel.

Addendum: Mr. Kelly, this was not a communication misfire. You’re missing the point. Rescheduling would have been another month for us. Extremely rude of you to just not show up or at least try to call morning of. We were waiting around for you when we could have been getting other things done. I’m glad your lack of dependability surfaced before we engaged in any sort of contract.
