Kelley Construction was hired to turn our non-functional back yard into a useable area for our family. Mr. Kelley understood our vision and turned it into a reality. It was clear that Mr. Kelley has extensive knowledge and experience in this field, and was transparent about all aspects of our back yard transformation. A transformation that has been admired by our neighbors and will be enjoyed by our family for years to come.
