My experience with Keenes Buildings in Live Oak Fl could not have been better. Billy Jenkins (sales) was professional, knowledgeable, and personable - no pressure. I placed my order on a Tues. and it was delivered on Fri. The delivery men were polite and definitely knew what they were doing. The quality of my 10x10 metal shed exceeds all expectations. I wish all sales experiences could be as good as this one.

We have done several jobs with Keen’s buildings. Billy Jenkins is excellent. He is very professional and courteous. We highly recommend this company for your building needs.

This company is a toxic bunch that has no interest in servicing the customer. They will take your money (15% deposit, non-refundable) and then put all the burden on you for things you have no control over ie damaged product, bad installation workers, unresponsive delays...etc.. If you don't believe it, then read on their site all the disclaimers in their exhausting 'terms & conditions' which clearly states, they' are not responsible for anything but, YOU ARE !?
I am however, very appreciative they had fully posted all this on their web site so that I was able to dodge this toxic bullet. It's easy to imagine that doing business this way would lead to a plethora of petty legal battles. Beware !

Engaged them to come out to our property to quote a custom shed a few months ago. They responded right away positively, and said they would be in touch. Followed up thrice, and the response to the last one was around the Holidays from a Patrick saying they were too busy in the office, and our location was too far and out of the way for them. We’re located in SW Jacksonville, one mile off of Highway 17. Anyway, I’m sure Keen’s has quality products, but we turned to Cook’s because they showed the initiative to earn our business, and got us set up in two weeks time.

Annie at Keen's designed our building to our exact specs of what we wanted. Their price was competetive. Will return and post pics once building is up.

I have bought two buildings from keens . Eric is so nice and helpful. Took only a few min . Anything I ever need I will go to Eric at keens on 90 in liveoak fl . Thank you Eric your the best

Easy to order, prices good, staff is great! Ordered the first shed for work, then turned around and ordered another one for myself.

Thank you Keen's portable building for awesome set up the guys who delivered the sheed did a great job making sure wear I wanted it, and even did a little extra of helping me run my extension cord under the shed for I could have power in it.

As far as I am concerned, there are not better people to handle my shed needs than Keens. Hurricane Idalia didn't manage to even shift any of my sheds (originally purchased at Keens) in the winds but the tornados it brought with her demolished a barn shed, a carport, my irrigation pump house and ripped the tractor shed supports loose and the shed still stood protecting four John Deeres from damage.
The buildings are more than worth the price and the help I received when I was replacing my four sheds was professional, knowledgeable and amazingly fast.

We contracted with Josh Schneider of keen's buildings, after the building was erected it was discovered there was an issue with the clearance. We contacted Josh. He remedied the issue to our satisfaction, we give this company five stars for their overall professionalism and addressing issues. The building they put up for us is very solid and we're very pleased with it. If you're looking for outdoor building or shed of any kind, we highly recommend this company

Patrick was great. Very knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed. Guided us through our options both on the building and on financing. I would highly recommend Patrick and Keen to my neighbors.

Our sales agent (Donovan) was one hell of a friendly guy, and goodness gracious he sure did have some fishing stories! He sure needs a golf cart though.

Billy and Josh are both extremely helpful! They go above and beyond to make sure you have all needed information and end up with exactly what you want! I highly recommend.

I contacted Brian with Keens Buildings, Chiefland and after looking at two different size of Carport/Shed combination, I settled on a 12 X 20, with a 10 shed. It has not been installed yet but financing after down-payment was a breeze, and I am looking forward to having some place to park and put things away from inside the house.

Buying a shed from Keen's is simple. I walked in and explained to Patrick what I was looking for. He made a few recommendations and we walked outside and looked at the options. He spoke with his boss about a scratch and dent model I expressed interest in. They gave me a discount to purchase this item. The cost included delivery and set up.
On the day of delivery I was contacted by phone and was ready to go. Placing the shed in the backyard was more than a little bit difficult because the truck was too wide and the shed too high to back it up all the way into the backyard. The delivery guys ended up having to take it off the truck and use rollers to push it where I wanted it by hand. This worked out, and it ended up right where I wanted it. It looks great and is just what we were hoping for.
The GOOD: Like I say, the purchase was simple. Even the delivery and setup wasn't too bad, after a bit of maneuvering. Everybody was friendly and honest to me.
The BAD: Some complaining by the delivery guys.
CONCLUSION: Keen's has done its job and I appreciate it. This shed will serve us well for years to come.

Great communication and service. Ordered a customized shed (this is the second shed I have ordered from this Keen's location. The shed arrived earlier than expected. Delivered and set up in a difficult location exactly on marks I had set up. When I need another shed, I will absolutely be shopping at Keen's.

So far my experience with Wayne and Bryan in the Waycross office has been a great one! I am so excited and ready to see my unit.

Got the building I wanted at a fair price. Salesman was knowledgeable and got me 12 month same as cash financing! Good folks providing a good product! Delivery and set up crew were fast and professional! Highly recommend!

Hey yall real talk, this is one of the best sales places I have been in a while.
1: DJ the sales guy, my man! Straight Shooter! What he say is what you get. If he don't know he will find it out right then for you.
2: The prices of the sheds are so amazing! It shocked me!
3: The shed quality is outstanding, plus you get a 20 years of warranty.

Highly knowable, great to work with. You know what you ate getting walking out the door. We got a garage from them. Happy with it and glad i looked at other companys and glad i didnt go with the other company's. Keens Building is the best.

I cannot emphasize how happy I am with the finished product...I started working with Josh at Live Oak back in March and after numerous trips and emails, I settled on a size of a custom bldg in April. It took several months to get my pad poured but we had a very wet summer. After multiple color changes and layout mods, we locked in after the pad was poured and our building was erected in about 1.5 days by probably the best crew TBS out of Lake City has. very professional crew and no detail in installation was left out...If you are in the market for a custom built building, I would not hesitate to give them a shot. I had a previous building done by a different company that really got botched..The Sales and your concrete guy really and installation crew is what makes this. And Keen's recommendation on who to use for concrete was also top notch...

Keens did a nice job in installing a workshop on our family farm in South Georgia. In spite of delays with Covid they were able to get it delivered and installed with no major problems. The staff is very helpful to their customers

This company is extremely unprofessional! We gave them almost a thousand dollars for a building 3 months ago. When we finally heard from them this month they asked for the deed to our land & sent us some phoney looking paperwork that we refused to sign. When we refused, they came into our property and took the shed while saying that they would call us prior to removing it. They also took our belongings out of it and threw them on the ground even though the repossession wasn't due to a payment issue. When we asked why we weren't given the same customer service skills everyone else was given and was it due to race. The representative said, "Don't bring race into this BOY!" then hung up. The manager did not reprimand him because he is still at work this week. They are even trying to steal our refund through transportation charges! This company is full of lying con artists! DON'T BUY HERE!
