I called several roofing companies for a missing shingle, and most quoted $250-$300 just to inspect the roof. However, this company offered to take a look on their way back from work and inspected it without charging me a ridiculous price. They came the same afternoon, assessed the situation, and fixed the shingle in 15 minutes. The team was efficient, informative, and explained the importance of addressing the issue to prevent water damage. It’s local companies like these that we want to support, not ones that charge $300 just to look at your roof for a minute. Highly recommend them for their reliability and excellent service!

KB Perterson are great. When I had a tree fall on my house they came out to give me a quote the afternoon of the morning I called (which was Canada Day) and while they were there to look at it for a quote for the whole roof they fixed the holes free of charge. They ended up having the best price of the quotes I got and did the work. They showed up at 6AM on Saturday morning with about 8 people and by 11:30 they were gone and cleaned up. It is not a hard roof, but it does have multiple layers. I would recommend them.
