I appreciate working with Mike over the past year. From my experience, he follows-through, is trustworthy and an excellent communicator. He is always focused on my project as if it were his own, taking care to inspect every detail. He's made recommendations on my project that have improved the durability and added value. Mike trusts his crew which gives me confidence in them; Further, I'm able to watch the project in-progress via on-site live cams. There is transparency with all costs: every expense is pre-approved, receipts from suppliers are delivered to me bi-weekly, sub-contractor's estimates are provided for review before work begins, all changes I've requested to the project are put in writing on a change order with the updated costs, invoices are for work completed and materials purchased - no pre-payments, and the calculation of the total cost of the project and how much has been paid is available 24/7 via the client online portal. I highly recommend KB Nelson and I will continue to work with them on additional projects. I don't like to see good businesses get low Google ratings by bots and scammers because I use these ratings to help me make decisions on who to call when I want to hire a service. If a real customer gives a bad review, I wonder whether they first attempted to resolve the issue with the business directly. If there's no indication that they did in their review, I don't give them any credit. I contacted many general contractors and learned so much, those who were too busy or near retirement recommended KB Nelson for my project. And, that says a lot right there.

KB Nelson and crew spent 3 months remodeling our entire home in Cody, WY. Extremely professional, perfect follow through, and communication was always top of priority for Mike and his crew. I give this company and their services my highest recommendation.
