KAT Exteriors is an amazing service. I found them through a friend and I am so glad I did. I got severe water damage inside my house which led my husband and I to file a claim for inside and another one for outside. Luckily insurance covered both. Tommy was very professional and very helpful. He came out twice to meet with the adjuster and was able to get us a brand new tear off roof, new siding on the house and garage. The work was done very quickly and it turned out beautiful we even had rotted wood behind part of the siding and they fixed it all in the same day. I’m keeping their number for future use if needed because they do great work. They are a very trustworthy company and Tommy is straight forward with you and gives you great advice and responded to all my calls and answered all my questions. Tommy is definitely a young man striving to be the best at his craft that he can. His knowledge about all aspects of the construction project were supplanted by his well rounded knowledge in knowing how to deal with an Insurance Adjuster who must have been having a bad day. That attitude can turn around instantly and yield results afterwards that will make us proud for years to come.
I was so impressed with this family owned business. I had gotten a referral from a friend in the Northwest suburbs after we had tornado like weather in my rural town of Ottawa. I was expecting them to say that I was out of their area and they wouldn't be able to help me. Instead, they drove out the very next day (on a Sunday) for an inspection and estimate. They had decided to make a day of it and brought their 2 adorable daughters so they could spend the rest of the day visiting Starved Rock... Tommy was very professional, knowledgeable, and up front about costs. Katelyn worked directly with my insurance and made the whole process as easy as possible. They even worked with me on my very large deductible. The work they did was just as promised. I am very happy with my new roof and the services they provided. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
