KAT Exteriors is an amazing service. I found them through a friend and I am so glad I did. I got severe water damage inside my house which led my husband and I to file a claim for inside and another one for outside. Luckily insurance covered both. Tommy was very professional and very helpful. He came out twice to meet with the adjuster and was able to get us a brand new tear off roof, new siding on the house and garage. The work was done very quickly and it turned out beautiful we even had rotted wood behind part of the siding and they fixed it all in the same day. I’m keeping their number for future use if needed because they do great work. They are a very trustworthy company and Tommy is straight forward with you and gives you great advice and responded to all my calls and answered all my questions. Very happy with everything, if you need work done use KAT exterior

Tommy is definitely a young man striving to be the best at his craft that he can. His knowledge about all aspects of the construction project were supplanted by his well rounded knowledge in knowing how to deal with an Insurance Adjuster who must have been having a bad day. That attitude can turn around instantly and yield results afterwards that will make us proud for years to come.

I was so impressed with this family owned business. I had gotten a referral from a friend in the Northwest suburbs after we had tornado like weather in my rural town of Ottawa. I was expecting them to say that I was out of their area and they wouldn't be able to help me. Instead, they drove out the very next day (on a Sunday) for an inspection and estimate. They had decided to make a day of it and brought their 2 adorable daughters so they could spend the rest of the day visiting Starved Rock... Tommy was very professional, knowledgeable, and up front about costs. Katelyn worked directly with my insurance and made the whole process as easy as possible. They even worked with me on my very large deductible. The work they did was just as promised. I am very happy with my new roof and the services they provided. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

KAT did an excellent job with my home and I couldn’t be more pleased :) I chose to work with KAT because they are a family owned business in my neighborhood, Park Ridge. When I contacted KAT, the owner Katelyn immediately stopped by my house to take a look and sent her team to help me right away. From there I worked with Kyle Pequeno (Storm Damage Specialist) who’s very knowledgeable and did an amazing job in helping represent me through my homeowners insurance, and guided me through the entire process, from start to finish. The workers that worked on my house were very efficient and went out of their way to clean up all the debris. I also loved how the owners Katelyn and Tommy were so involved in the entire process and went above and beyond in ensuring that I was happy with their work. Amazing company to work with...They open and close jobs quickly and work with your insurers to maximize the benefit for their homeowners to receive a quality and timely job to roofing, siding, & gutter systems and much, much more...Tommy Bonner is an amazing person to work aside, he really advocates for the homeowner and holds their insurer accountable to pay for the work where the damages are on your home!!!
