Northwind proved to be a great resource to call on when in need! After a recent windstorm, I had some soffit come loose. Northwind was prompt and came out to fix the issue with ease. Appreciate all the help!

We have used Northwind two times in the past year for both our gutters/fascia/soffit and then our roof and they absolutely wonderful to work with! The whole process from the initial inspection through the final product was extremely smooth. They handle all the paperwork, permits, logistics, insurance questions, etc. Every crew that has been at our house has very efficient, clean and respectful. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the work Northwind Exteriors did on my new roof. Every step of the way they were professional and accommodating. They were not pushy with trying to upsell me on more expensive things, etc. They did a very good job of cleaning up after the work was done, including picking up all the loose nails that surely would have ended up puncturing my tires. At the first rain, I had one small leak, which they came out promptly and took care of. I will use them again the next time I need their services.

Our siding and exterior painting project with Northwind went without issue from initial estimate to final walkthrough. The siding and painting crews did an excellent job and did so quickly and efficiently. Had Luigi come out and give us a bid back on December 9th. I go to work early so he came by before work. He was professional and the work he did was absolutely perfect.

Terrific experience with the management team and the project manager and crew. We found them to be really professional and they pushed hard to finish the job quickly (siding). Northwind Exteriors helped get our home restored after a microburst came through our area (pictures of before and after provided). A large tree had fallen on our home. The event itself was a lot to process and we were fortunate no one was injured. Going through the insurance process and knowing I would have to find a contract felt daunting. The second big relief is that they knew how to do the job with honesty and integrity. The project was done quickly was and closely supervised. They were also very quick with communication. The team that replaced our roof was fantastic. They completed our home and a three car garage roof in one day. All debris was cleaned up including nails. I was leery of a black roof with black gutters but it looks great . Two neighbors have already complimented the new look. Thinking of adding black shutters. After a storm in the spring damaged the roof, siding, windows, and gutters on our home, we were concerned about the process to find a trustworthy contractor and getting the work done. We knew little to nothing about where to start and from our first meeting, Joe and the Northwind Exteriors team helped walk us through the work needed to fix the damage. They showed us options and helped us understand each step of the process, including the insurance claim process! Mark had a crew of talented workers that arrived and completed work on time, cleaned up each day and respected our home and landscape. My wife and I very happy with the end result. Northwind Exteriors did our roof and siding. Our siding is James Hardie. Extremely pleased. From the beginning Joe and Mark were very honest and walked us through the whole process. During the project, they were communicative and professional which was very important to me. They do quality work and I would 100% recommend them to others.

We had 2 layers of shingles on our roof, we had what we thought was leakage from the roof on our ceiling, Joe was the only roofing company that came out and said it was condensation, every one else said it was from leakage, . He gave us a good quote, and was not pushy like some companies and others who want to make up there advertising costs in a quote, very nice company, awesome work, cleaned up around the house better than when they came out. Would highly recommend this company.

We had an excellent experience with Northwind Exteriors. I had shopped our project around to multiple sub-contractors and struggled to get timely responses and reliable information. Joe and I had a discussion about the project and he shared different ideas about how we could tackle it. It was very collaborative and "non-salesy"

Once we aligned on specifics and timing, our PM (Mark) was communicative throughout the process which was nice as I know their was a lot to coordinate behind the scenes.. Their installation teams were fast, thorough and we are very happy with quality of work.

We bought our house after an extensive rehab. Northwind Exteriors did the roof. A crack appeared where the metal strain relief bracket for the electric cables is attached to the roof. Joe and Mark along with one of their roofers came out and identified the problem and sealed the roof. They sent a team to our home to repair the ceiling and walls that were damaged from the leak. The repair work inside looks brand new as if it had never happened! The customer service they provided was amazing. A lot of companies have forgotten about customer service but they have not. We are very happy with the work they did and how quickly they returned our home to normal!

I hired Nothwind Exteriors to install a new roof. The crew work really hard under challenging circumstances. In addition, they removed a balcony that was improperly installed by previous owner and caused constant leaking underneath it. They replaced all the rotted wood, added a new roof, and replaced door with a window, and installed new siding. Mark, the project manager, kept in regular contact as timeliness adjusted due to weather. He was diligent and thoughtful about every aspect of the project.
