David and Jay handled my business with the utmost professionalism and their work was meticulous. My situation was very tricky and tedious and I feel as though they gave me the best of their very patient attention to get resolve. I highly recommend!

I was pretty sceptical because I hadn't heard much about the company before but they exceeded my expectations! I ended up getting new siding, gutters, and a roof. Working with Jeff Kim was very easy. He explained that they would take care of everything with the insurance company and it ended up being a very easy process. Insurance originally denied the roof and only approved partial siding, but Smart Home fought with State Farm and got it reinspected and approved! When my fence gate was accidently damaged by falling shingles they paid for the gate to be replaced at no cost to me. It was a very large project and I was very satisfied with the ease and prompt communication with Jeff.

Dealing with Insurance was difficult but Jeff and his team made it easier. He showed a ton of patience talking me down fom the ledge when it seemed State Farm would not originally cover the claim. They finally did and Jeff was key in making it happen.

I don't often write reviews, as I believe that good businesses should simply perform their jobs well for the compensation they receive. However, the roofing job that David Kim and his team executed was truly extraordinary. Their timing and quality were outstanding. What set them apart was David's deep knowledge of his business organization. He keeps his finger on the pulse of what's happening with partners and suppliers, and this insight enabled him to present us with the best strategies to address our roofing issues.

These people are very professional, not only at customer service but also at technical support. At the beginning of first meeting with their inspectors, I was impressed by their explanation from technical angle. These technical explanations are very convincing, so my wife and I decided to let them try. Our house roof has damage of wind and hail. They are very confidence on success of our insurance claim. Finally our claim has been successful. Their repair work were great and same as what they promised us. Therefore, I would like to highly recommend this company to do your house roof work and help you deal with the insurance company.

The owner and Jessica Park were very responsive and facilitated everything for us especially with dealing with our home insurance company, from inspection to approval, when we had our roofing repaired/replaced. They were even present on the day of the repair/replacement. They made sure that everything is up to our liking. The workers cleaned up well afterwards. We will definitely use this company again! We were having several issues with our shingle roof, including leaks due to ice damming as well as our friendly neighborhood squirrel who chewed a hole in the roof and decided to make a home in our attic. We contacted several different roofing companies for quote to replace the existing shingle roof with a metal roof. After reviewing and contemplating the different companies and quotes, we decided to go with Smart Home Restoration. I am so glad we did. Smart Home Restoration installed our new Roof in 2022. It was long process and we worked with the many different people in the company, including the owner himself. I want to say that of all the work crews that have worked on my house, this company has been my favorite. They were professional, reliable, responsive, and very hard working. They took time to explain the whole process and patient in answering our many questions that we had. The work crews were always respectful and pleasant to have working at our home. And above all else, they did a fantastic job in installing our new roof. They worked really hard and gave 110%. The details had to be exact for everything to fit together, plus they had to work around the lightening rods on the roof. The sales contractor, Ms. En Park, went out of her way to make sure everything was installed correctly and that we were happy with the outcome. I have to say, the roof is Beautiful!! I would like to thank everyone who worked on our house, job well done. Update: after winter was over, months after the roof was finished, there were some minor problems that were identified and needed fixing. We called the sales contractor, Ms. En Park, who was very responsive to the little problems and came back and solved them. I highly recommend them.

Contractor that they used did a nice job on the roof repair. There was one little "hiccup" for the cost estimate for one of the subcontractors that were used for the stucco repair. They sent an incomplete cost estimate the first time to the insurance company and then sent the correct and complete one later. At first the insurance company denied it, but Smart Home "went to bat for me" and got the insurance company to change their minds and I ended up getting the full amount of the repair. Very happy with the results.

Shawn the adjuster was a pleasure to work with..so respectful nice..did everything he said he would !! I wish all of our experiences were like this!!!
