I had a really great experience with these guys. They were very communicative, there were no surprises, they had a high attention to detail, and they put effort and care into things that they were not responsible for (e.g., I bought an incompatible item on my own and they remedied my error for me). Friendly, trustworthy, will definitely do business with them again!

We wanted to add a great room, fix an older screened porch addition, and get a new roof on our home. Of all the quotes we received, Kevin gave us the most comprehensive estimate including all materials and labor used in each stage of the building process. A few issues arose from complictions with the older porch structure. Kevin and Mike found creative solutions to address each problem. For our great room, they installed
pocket doors and a beautiful beam on the catherdral ceiling. We are very pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use Karrma construction for another project.

Karma Construction were meticulous in replacing the lattice under my deck and screened-in porch. They were punctual, attentive to detail and left the workspace immaculate when they finished the repairs. I would recommend them highly.

Karma Construction deserves the highest recommendation I can give, and I would recommend them to anyone for projects large or small.

We used Karma Construction for a full buildout of our unfinished basement. It was a large and complex project that included adding a custom staircase, windows and doors, new plumbing and electrical - all for a house with a unique and complex footprint.

Karma could not have done a better job. They were professional, timely, responsive, creative in solving problems, affordable, and, most important a fun group of people to work with. Hire Karma for your project and you will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience using Karma Construction from start to finish for replacement of my roof, and replacing all the shutters on my home. Kevin gave us a very detailed professional quote so you knew exactly what you were getting. Edgar and the roofing crew worked like a fine tuned machine. Kevin kept in touch and everything was completed in 3 days. I would not hesitate to use them again!

To start, let me say that if I could give this review 4.5 stars I would. Overall, I am very happy with Karma Construction and the results of my recent bathroom installation. Karma was able to take an unused basement space and make it into a beautiful guest bathroom that has already gotten many compliments from our guests. From the start, Kevin, Karma's project manager, excelled at communication. Karma's initial proposal stood out from the rest of the bids I solicited due to its completeness. Where other contractors just gave a number, Karma's proposal broke out work to be performed and materials to be used. Notably, Karma was the only contractor that included dust mitigation procedures in their proposal.

Throughout the project, Kevin remained in constant contact both in person and on the phone. Kevin clearly communicated what work was taking place each week and when subcontractors would be coming. Kevin also went out of his way to be flexible - my spouse and I both work from home and Kevin was very mindful to prevent noise when we had meetings where we needed to be speaking. The Karma employees were incredibly professional and clearly good at their trades - they were able to quickly overcome several hiccups during the construction process, including the need to totally reroute the ventilation ducting. Their carpenter, Brian, even went out of his way to repair the basement door that was sticking.

There were a few issues with the subcontractors. Both the electrician and plumber (who showed up armed, which, while his Constitutional right, was a bit off-putting) made some mistakes that had to be corrected. Karma's usual painter was not available so the paint ended up not being done as well as I would have expected from a professional painter. Part of that is on me for not insisting or finding a new painter, but we both didn't want to delay the project for several weeks. To his credit, Kevin did offer to fix the paint at a future date. Kevin also adjusted the final bill to remove services that weren't provided. All things considered, I would not hesitate to hire Karma Construction for future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for a general contractor.

Kevin and his crew knocked it out of the ballpark. I was skeptical at first, because he had one or two guys building our screened in porch/deck. They did a phenomenal job and my husband and I couldn’t be happier!!! The attention to detail is amazing!! We've been enjoying our porch ever since!! Kevin communicated with us from start to finish. I would highly recommend Karma Construction.

Karma Construction did an amazing job repairing my sunroom and replacing my deck. Kevin was very good communicating all the steps to the process. He would text me or stop by almost every day. He made sure I understood what was going on and that I approved. Kevin filed all the necessary paperwork and made sure everything was was done properly. Never have I worked with home repair that was so precise to make sure everything was in order. Brian amazed me. He was a hard worker, he never stopped or slowed down. He was very professional and friendly. Next home project will definitely be Karma Construction. The results on my sunroom and deck are beyond awesome!!!

I highly recommend Kevin and the Karma Team. I had my deck completely resurfaced, the outside wrapped, and my 12' bench boxed in, all with TimberTech. They took the time to make it perfect, going to great lengths to make sure every cut and miter was just right. They found flashing issues with the old deck and walked me through what was wrong and how they were going to fix it so my ledger board never rots again! They suggested lights, which I went for, and they provided many options. The team was made up of some very nice gentleman that took extra care not to harm our plantings around the deck. The entire job looks great!
