Reliable, trust-worthy. Over the course of 3-4 years, I have asked Jordan to perform two re-roofing jobs, painting the trim and exterior of a large home and many home maintenance repairs (gutters, decking, siding, drywall) for rental properties in the eastern panhandle. Each of the projects was timely completed with good workmanship. I have not had to call back for follow-on repairs of any work that was done.

Severe wind caused siding to be loose at my home. Seward came out within 24 hours of me scheduling an appointment and did a great job of reattaching the siding. I was very happy with the way things looked after and they were prompt and professional. I would recommend them for any repair or home improvement work.

He did an amazing job on bathtub wall. He communicated with us the whole time and made sure we understood the whole process and every detail. He is meticulous and very professional. Check out the before/after pictures! I'm so happy with the results and my kids are ecstatic!

He was good to work with at first, the guys he hired did an amazing job laying the floors throughout my house, but when it came to the kitchen he had no idea what he was doing and walked off the job. The gentleman he hired finished it for me and it looks amazing!

It was definitely a one star experience! I contracted Seaward to change my floor and paint one room. Upon completion, the place was a disaster. Dirts were all over furniture, the floor and counters! The furniture were not rearranged it looks like a tornado went through my place! Molds were not completed! Appliences parts were removed but not installed back. A very bad paint job were the paint overlapped with doors trims and other paints. I had to hire someone else to come and fix the bad paint and the molding.
I will not hire Seaward home improvement again.

I called and not only got an immediate response, but Jordan and Anthony were so respectful. I needed a motor installed on the sand filter for my pool. I had bought a new one, but it didn't come with the fitting needed to install it. Anthony went to the hardware store, bought the fittings, and came back and finished. Just above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys!!

Wow!!! This company is by far one of the best I have ever used for my home. I have had them do multiple projects and they have always done an amazing job. Jordan is extremely professional. He always makes sure to explain how he is going to go about doing each project, he also is so kind and I feel very comfortable with him in my house and around my fur kids. We had a leak under the sink with water damage and other issues, so the bottom of the cabinet needed to be replaced. We had prompt and good service and everything was fixed in 2 days (cabinet needed to dry out before re-install).
