The day of installation, the roofing crew arrived promptly at 7:00am and immediately started work on tearing off the roof. For the next 13 hours, they finished with the tear off the, installed new decking, and installed most of the new shingles. They came back for 3 hours the next day to finish. They hauled away all the debris, and the cleanup was ok. Still finding scraps and nails here and there. Roof looks good. There was an issue with an exhaust vent being disconnected during the project but was immediately resolved. Brady Howard was very helpful in getting the claim approved by insurance. He was constantly in touch before, during and after the project. Very professional and knowledgeable. Another company affiliated with JRG installed the gutters and downspouts. There were a few issues with them. All in all, everything looks great.

After the disastrous hail storm of May '24, we were HOUNDED by "Storm Chasers " who had replaced roofs in our neighborhood. Not a day went by they did not knock on our door or call. Having heard horror stories about these types, we called Just Roofs & Gutters. STRYKER handled the entire project from start to finish, all we had to do was endorse the insurance check. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional with top notch customer service.

Project Manager Brady Howard came out and gave me a free roof health assessment. I received a detailed and good report for my 5 year old roof. Never thought this was a thing to consider until hearing Brady give a presentation recently. Now I've got a professional report in the event I do have any storm damage and the insurance company wants to play games! Also he's a super nice guy!

Great customer service! Noah Morton was a project manager and saw the project through until the end. There were a couple moments when he was difficult to reach, but he came through in the end to get everything in place. Even getting our homeowners claim successfully paid! We had an issue with the company delivering the roofing materials - they pulled into our concrete driveway and caused splitting and cracking. They covered the damage and we are getting the pad replaced next week. So a bit frustrating in some areas, but it is a big project. Lots of coordinating and a huge undertaking replacing the roof. Would definitely recommend this company! Just note that they outsource all their work to third parties, so it is not actually them doing the roof repairs. But the folks who did come were professional and did a very thorough job cleaning up.

We had a great experience with Just Roofs and Gutters. From the very start, we received multiple bids and inspections from many roofers in the area but were impressed by the depth and breadth of the free inspection performed by Noah, our project manager. We were well informed of all the options available, including financing, and it was a quick turnaround to schedule our roof replacement after confirming the project. Despite hiccups due to inclement weather, we were kept in the loop and our project was only delayed a few days. On the day of, the crew worked really hard all day from 6 am to 8 pm, were respectful of the property, and really took the time to clean up well after themselves.

It wasn’t the cheapest bid we received, but it was the most comprehensive and most value. We felt confident proceeding with Just Roofs and Gutters and we believe we made a great decision that will continue to pay dividends for our new home for years to come.

We were very pleased with Just Roofs and Gutters during our roof replacement recently. They communicated well with us throughout the project including updating us during the supply chain delays on shingles. The install team was professional and cleaned up nicely. The Project Manager was great always checking work along the way and fixing any issue we had to include some minor damage to our siding. Highly recommend.

We received a letter from our insurance company informing us that coverage on all Roofs will change by the end of 2024. So we called, at the suggestion from a friend, Just Gutters and Roofs (technician) to schedule a roof inspection.

I called and after a few questions and within two days Noah inspected our roof and produced a 20 page detailed report highlighting his fundings. Our roof is in going shape. All this with a willingness to answer all our questions and at NO CHARGE.

This is the most professional roofing company I have met. This company was recommended to us by our insurance company to inspect our roof for possible hail damage. We received a full report complete with explanations and great photos. We didn't have hail damage, but we did have repair items which were clearly spelled out and our regular maintenance person was able to handle.

I had contacted Just Roofs and Guuters for help with a gutter that was plugged that I couldn’t reach. Jeffrey came out to help, was super friendly and professional and he was able to unclog the gutter in just a few short minutes. Having replaced my roof 3 times over the course of 7 years due to hail, I know it’s only a matter of time before my house is hit again with another storm. I needed my roof inspected quickly and I had found them on Facebook after searching a local page and saw that they had tons of recommendations. I messaged the owner and within a few minutes I had a response back that someone could look at it within the hour. I reached out to JRG to have my roof inspected for possible damage. Stryker contacted me and completed the inspection. He was very easy to communicate with and showed up when he said he would. He provided me with a free assessment report for my roof even though there was no damage. Very easy to work with, and he is a really nice and funny guy! After the hailstorm down here in Trinidad last year, we contacted Just Roofs and Gutters for an inspection. The local rep Jude immediately came out and inspected the roof on our clinic. He was very knowledgeable of the insurance process and very helpful and friendly with his communication.
Highly recommended!

Do not hire Just Roofs and Gutters. The roofing team: trampled and smashed plants; went on to our neighbors roof and into their yard without permission; left food wrappers and drink containers in our yard. The channel for the ridge vent looks like it was hacked away with a machete. The flashing around our chimney barely passed inspection: to paraphrase the inspector, “when you get this fixed just make sure it does not look like that.” Materials were over ordered and the excess were thrown around damaging the packaging thus negating the possible return of the extra materials.

Overall, the name, Just Roofs and Gutters, implies that this company would be able to tackle any situation relating to a roof and do it well, but this is not the case. Definitely go with another company if you are looking for professionalism and quality.

Jude came on time when he said he would be here. He was polite, very professional, always did the job he said he was going to do. He also went out of his way for extra little things. I was impressed with his work ethic and his personality! I also like the fact that he came to check on his crew when they were building. Most bosses don't bother to check. He did. He appeared to get along very well with them. I love my roof!

Not a great experience. They left quite a mess, beyond just nails and granules. The roofers left bottles and food from their lunch in my yard. My tree was left cluttered with plastic and roofing material that didn't make it to the ground. I was prepared for plenty of granules, some nails, and a few pieces of shingles here and there, but really there was not much care. If it didn't land on a tarp, it was not their problem. Also, they tarped over our garden to use for discarding shingles which left it flattened, which was upsetting.

On a positive note, I have no complaints with the roof itself. However, while I have not had the need to use other roofers to compare to, I feel like you could still get the same quality of work done without being careless during the job.

Great work on roof and gutter install - communication was great, contract process simple and understandable enough, on time and quick/well done work - all of which is not the easiest to find these days from various home service providers. Highly recommend for roofing needs!

Highly recommend! I noticed an issue from the last rain storm and thought there was a problem with my gutter that Just Roofs and Gutters installed. Emailed a video over to Michael and he responded within minutes, came by within 30 minutes, and showed me exactly what the issue was - and it was nothing to do with the gutters. Had build up and a bunch of roofing material when the roof was replaced after the gutters were installed. He kindly cleaned it out for me and put it all back together. He wouldn't even take a cold beverage as a thank you. Great company, with great employees.

JR&G inspected our roof for a home purchase recently. Ken was our guy, and he was great. Funny, on time, and didn't try to sell us on a new roof (what?!) Told us it was a bit old but overall still looked good. He also took a bunch of photos to reference in the future if we get hit by any hail or etc, which I thought was cool.

Thanks to Just Roofs and Gutters for doing our special project, an older home far up in the mountains - It is never easy to get services up here, and Brian and Dai (owners) never gave a hint of the additional difficulty involved with the location. They and Project Mgr Jude Hoffpauir kept us updated throughout every step of the process. This business has consistently exceptional reviews in a tough business for a reason.
