Boyd does a lot of work for us at Keens Crossing. He wears many hats as he does a variety of jobs for us.

J.T.’s came to fix my porch railing. I’m a tenant at Redstone Properties and the integrity of my porch railing was compromised and totally unsafe. Not only were they friendly but they got the job done quick and it’s sturdier than ever! Oh! And it looks great! They were able to match the original paint and design, which isn’t easy to do! Thanks again J.T.! Here are some before and after photos.

I have personally known and worked with JT for nearly a decade now. His professionalism and quick follow up has been greatly appreciated compared to some of the competition that are unable to deliver the same quality of service. We are residents of Keen’s Crossing. The crew was extremely accommodating with our floor installation. We moved most items ourselves, but they helped us move furniture when we needed and the work was beautiful.

JTs contracting came and fixed my place up at the Redstone Commons after some severe flooding. They were super nice and professional guys who did their job quickly and well. 10/10

Redstone, my landlord, hired JT's to do some renovations to my space: install new flooring, some minor repairs, and refresh the paint. JT's was wonderful - in addition to being on time and incredibly efficient, they were thorough and responsive to questions and offered to follow up on the work. Thank you, Redstone and JT's!

They repaired a complicated water damage situation, including a 19" ceiling.

The close-knit team arrived ready to start, super-organized, calm, professional and efficient. It was a super clean and smooth process. I highly recommend them.

We had water damage in our home that affected walls on 2 levels as well as the exterior. The team came in the morning, re-routed a wire that was in a bad spot, insulated the walls, put the walls back in and mudded them. Also repaired outside and were able to match the exterior paint! That's amazing given how long ago this place was painted. We decided to do interior painting ourselves, and team got all of their work done in one day! Did a great job of cleaning up after the work was complete, as well. Definitely recommend these folks.

JT and his crew installed over 70 Marvin sliding doors for Little Eagle Bay apartments in a very impressive, super efficient manner, where there was minimal time spent inside an apartment. Our residents especially appreciated the JT crew's protocol of safety during this pandemic. We couldn't be happier with the communication skills of JT, he always let us know if there were any issues or concerns with the job at hand. I felt like he was looking out for our business as well as his! I highly recommend JT. We are looking forward to working with JT Contracting again in the future.

I am a Redstone property tenant. JT’s was hired to fix the ceiling in my bathroom. They were friendly, polite and efficient. They took the time to explain to me what they did and asked if I had any questions. Super nice! The ceiling looks great! I am very pleased with the work they did. 5 Stars all the way!!!

JT’s Contracting is awesome! JT and all of his employees were friendly and professional. They took all the right precautions to reduce the risk of spreading COVID while they worked in my apartment (face masks, gloves, etc.). The work they did came out great!

JT and his crew did SUCH an amazing job renovating my apartment. Prior to their renovation work, my apartment was just completely outdated, a place I didn't want to be at, and I didn't want others to see. I was so happy with how kind and quick they were to completely flip my apartment, and make it into a space that I adore. The colors of the floors are gorgeous and it feels like a completely new apartment. I cannot stress how much I recommend going to JT's Contracting LLC for any of your contracting needs.
