Exterior’s & Renovation replaced the shingles on our house. They held to the schedule starting and completing the work as planned on budget. The work crew was professional and mindful application details and a clean up at the end of each day.

I'm happy with CL exteriors work, they have replaced my roof and installed rain gutters. They did a quick job and cleaned everything up after the work was completed. The roof looks good for a good price. The rain gutters look great and they provided me with matching colors to blend in with my trim. They even provided extensions to get the water away from the foundation. They were quick to fix any issues I had and would recommend them.

Had 2 skylights replaced and some work done on my roof. Happy with the speed at which they worked and the install went without a hitch. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is more detailed pics of the work once completed. (Homeowners, especially older homeowners, are much less able to get on the roof to inspect work). Other than that I would recommend CL Exteriors for your roofing needs.

CL Exteriors did a great job working with our insurance company, then installing the roof. They showed up exactly as scheduled, did very nice work, and cleaned up really well. Definitely recommend.

I would hire CL Exteriors again. Manny and the office staff were responsive and respectful. Manny was very open to hearing my ideas and working through the options for a skylight replacement. This resulted in his having to produce a couple of estimates, which he provided at no charge. (This also included getting up on the roof, which took some time. And, while he was up on the roof, he examined it and proposed ways to extend its life, postponing a much larger expense.) Superior materials were used for the project and the work was scheduled in a timely manner and finished in the allotted time.

Manny was great as was the completed roofing job by CL Exteriors. We had storm damage in July to our roof. CL Exteriors and Manny were prompt with addressing the damage, gave us a very reasonable price to repair, and we had a new roof within a month or two of the damage. While we had a couple of problems after construction, Manny had them taken care of to our satisfaction in a very professional manner. I would recommend CL Exteriors to my friends and neighbors. Very satisfied and a very good company.

They replaced the roof quickly, in two days, and left the area spotless. I'm no expert in roofing, but it looks like a good job. The wrong skylight was delivered. They apologized and asked if we wanted a credit or the originally agreed upon skylight put in. They put the originally specified one promptly. I'm intending to have the siding replaced in the spring. Although I will get other quotes, I think it is very likely I'll have them do the job. They do good work and correct any errors promptly and courteously.

Manny's crew was accomodating with regard to minor changes and add ons in scope of work to be completed. The crew was clean and efficient when on the job, and the finished product and quality of work was what we had asked for. Great people. Fast and friendly. They worked hard and cleaned up quickly. I'm very impressed with how fast they were able to get it done. Didn't miss a thing every screw that came off was either caught by the tarps or picked up with magnet. Would highly recommend C L Exterior for roofing.

We hired CL Exteriors to install roofing and siding on our new home. The roofing was perfect, but we had issues with the siding. The owner of CL came to the house and apologized for the problems. CL rectified all the issues at added expenses for them and compensated us with the final bill Highly recommend them.

CL Exteriors recently completed Fascia, Soffits and Trim replacement and also some roof repair for me. Manny's team did an excellent job in a professional and efficient manner. Choosing a roofing company is a very difficult choice, after a lot of research CL Exterior was the best option for affordability and timing (on how quickly the work could be done).

Manny and his team are fantastic. Easy to get in touch with, able to finish the work in a timely manner (even on the hottest day of the year), and no construction material -not even a nail- was left behind. Our home was built in the late 1890's and the barn around 1850. The original decking was still sound but needed an overlay to insure a foundation that can handle the intense gusts of the western facing slopes of the Green Mountains.

They delivered all of that in two days along with amazingly tight and well laid new shingles, flashing and ridge vent system.

The roofing crew was extremely professional, kind, caring and respectful through the entire process.

CL Exteriors roofers has a crew committed to a quality work ethic, were quick to respond, and quick to implement. Our whole roof replacement of asphalt shingles - old shingles removed to post project clean-up - was completed in two days, from start to finish. Impressive! I recommend taking the time to ensure all specifications for your job are considered prior to implementation and found the use of a translator app very helpful for communicating with the friendly crew once the project began. Honestly, it shouldn’t have even come to this but after the service I received (and have yet to reconcile) I feel as though it’s time to let the public be aware. From my experience with this company, you can expect no-shows, constant rescheduling, and poor communication from the very start. I had my roof done a year ago and before a full year my roof was already leaking. When they installed, they wanted to put down plywood to adhere the shingles to a more secure/stable surface. I agreed and it did increase the cost. I was fine with that as long as my roof was installed properly. I didn’t want to take shortcuts.

Fast forward to now, my roof is leaking. I call these guys and while I appreciate the quick service, I do not appreciate someone showing up at my house with absolutely no notice at all first thing in the morning. You can expect there to be communication issues because they don’t send people who speak English. Everything is done in some weird three way communication with Manny (who I suppose is some kind of manager?) and who ever is physically at the work site. That would be fine if everything Manny tells me is what’s actually happening, which often times is not the case. I was told that siding was cracked/damaged where the leak is and that’s why they couldn’t put the flashing on properly. Why was this not discussed a year ago if this were the case? The whole point of putting a new roof on a house is to NOT HAVE LEAKS. As a professional, you take ownership and you correct it. Manny calls me and tells me his worker is going to “patch it up” and take off a gutter where the leak was and that should “hold up for a year or two” and in the meantime I should replace my siding. He also explained that he, himself would meet up in a week or two to discuss it and make sure things were alright and that I understood what needed to be done. Well, his worker never took off that gutter and who knows if anything was patched up. I couldn’t ask because I don’t speak Spanish and his worker left without any indication of coming back. Still haven’t heard from Manny and it’s been almost a month since his worker was here. My ceiling is still soft and who knows what kind of moldy problems I’ll have going forward. If you are considering getting work done by this company, please reconsider. I haven’t even fully gotten into how many times I was blown off on my roof installation… I had a pallet of roofing materials in my driveway for a month. Plants were trampled and I was picking up nails, screws and miscellaneous bits in my lawn months after too.

CL Exteriors did a great job with my new roof! Manny and his team were on time, cleaned everything once done, and informative giving me updates throughout the process. The price was competitive and fair, if you’re having any kind of roofing needs these are the guys you want for the job.

The crew arrived at 7 AM and stripped (2 layers) and shingled the roof on my cottage by 4 PM that afternoon. They were very professional and did a thorough job cleaning up the site when finished. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

The CL Exteriors crew were very knowledgeable, professional, fast and accommodating. They installed a special roof to wall vent for me even though they (and no other roofer or supplier) were familiar it. They held to their estimate price even though they needed to buy some more shingles to finish the job and unexpectedly added some pieces of lead flashing. And Jamie in the office was very patient, polite and helpful throughout my many inquiries to help me understand and clarify the contract before we started. I found the crew and supervisor very friendly.

A highly competent, professional crew meticulous in tearing off existing two layers of shingles and replacing. Our roof included three dormers and was about 40% standing seam that had to be joined with the new roofing. They also removed a solar water heater array. The job ran over the time estimated, but the contractor stayed with the original estimate which was lower than the other bids received. The crew was friendly, safety aware, and cleaned up every bit of debris before leaving. Unlike the other contractors who lagged considerably in responding to my queries CL always responded by the next day.

Manny and his crew did an excellent job. Very good crew.The Ecudourans.Very hard workers. Very polite. Got the job done in one day. Tough roof also. Steep in the front. Added ridge vent to the garage,used good Owening Corning shingles. Price came in within my budget . Would highly recommend .Came back the next day to just touch up upon my request. Manny and his crew from CL Exteriors replaced our asphalt roof this spring and did an amazing job. The crew is extremely hard working, professional, and courteous. They worked long hours and completed the job in just 2 days. They were careful to protect the plants, etc around the house and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Manny was even willing and able to replace some rotting wood on the house for us. The total price for the job (even with the wood replacement) was less than any of the other bids we received. We highly recommend CL exteriors and would not hesitate to use their services again if needed.
