8/2024 Recently had my roof done. I am so very happy with all the work that was performed to perfection . All the workers are very professional, articulate, excellent with their craft of roofing. Non stop work to perfection. I can’t say enough about how perfectly beautiful the 6 roof’s look. No disappointed in the quality of the materials, or craftsmanship of these workers. Perfection at it highest. Clean up was taken care of immediately not a single thing left behind. I applaud your company for giving me a wonderful experience with the replacement of my much needed roofs.I highly will recommend your company to Everyone who needs a roof. Your sign is on my lawn & people are taking your number. They too seen how great of a job was done. I’m sure there will be appointments made in the future for their roof. You are to me 10 Stars. It was a great experience working with Five Star Roofing! Christina in the business office was wonderful who was so thorough and always got back to us when had a question. The crew was really great. So polite and professional. Our roof looks great thanks to all of them. The after clean up was great too. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs it !

I could not be happier with Five Star Roofing. From the start, they were extremely pleasant, efficient, and helpful. The price was very competitive. The planning process went very smoothly, and the final outcome was excellent. Many companies drop the ball after the job, but not 5-Star. During the install there was a judgement call made by the on-site team that we needed to change. I contacted the company and they immediately agreed to fix the error at no additional charge.

We had our roof replaced 8/2023 and it looks amazing. Scheduling was quick and easy. The job would have been done in 1 day but took a few more days due to inclement weather. The reason for the 3 star review you are wondering?? The clean up after the job was not great. There were scattered nails everywhere - stuck in between planks in our deck, scattered over the driveway and we even found a clip of about 100 nails or so left in the lawn - thankfully it was pointy side down - we have a dog and can only imagine what would have happened had she landed on those. I sent them an email re: this issue and did not get a single reply back. A week later my husband's tire had to be replaced due to having one of those nails stuck in it. We were not too happy when that happened......

9/27 update - after placing the above review I was contacted by the company. They stated that they never received the email that I had sent re: the clean up issue. They did send me a check for the cost of the tire which was greatly appreciated. Would I hire them again? YES - they were not happy to hear about the poor clean up by their staff and they paid for the tire replacement. That's what any business should do for their customers when things take a downhill turn. My husband & I were both impressed by this.

Five Star Roofing did a great job on my roof. Start to finish the team worked for 9.5 hours in one day to get it all done. Both my house and garage were completed. Excellent job. Clean up was immaculate, and the team was super careful about picking up any nails in my driveway. The yard was picked up very carefully as well. Are especially appreciate the care around my gardens!
In the middle of the day I needed to go out for an appointment- they made sure to clean things up really well before I pulled my car out of the garage.
Tammy responded quickly to my inquiry and maybe I was just lucky but from my first call to the date of job it was less than 3 weeks.
The whole roof looks fantastic, and the area around the chimney is tidy and tight. No leaking at all- and it's been tested this year!

The guys at Five Star Roofing Company are great, I'd recommend them to anyone. They do excellent, thorough work. We had a leak and they came over right away and fixed it quickly, even though it was due to work by another contractor. Keep it up guys!
