We had Bob from JTR roofing come to our cabin in 2019 to look at out roof. After communication with our insurance company and with Bob we decided to use their company. Bob called us and told us that it was too cold to put the roof on at the time and they would proceed in spring of 2020. We kept texting Bob in the spring and got no response. Finally we got in touch with the owner who told us that he decided not to do the roof and that is why Bob probably was not getting back with us. Then it was, "have a good day" and hung up. This put us in a very tight position with the time limit the insurance company gave us to find another roofer. Very unprofessional. If we had just received a phone call from the company months before we would not be in the predicament we are in now.
