We hired Jon and his team for a total renovation of a fixer upper apartment - new floors, kitchen, wall removal, bathroom, paint, new doors, closets.
We had a great experience working with his team and are extremely pleased with the results. All of the workers were professional and our project manager Yhamir was extremely helpful throughout the process and very responsive. Our apartment looks just as we desired and we could not be happier. I highly recommend this company for any construction job especially any NYC apartment building job.

Constantly harassed for money for work that was not done.
Put an illegal lien on my home. told electrician and plumber not to sign off when I paid them because he wanted to get more money from me.
Am going to court and am confident when the judge sees all the evidence I will win but it has been one of the worst experiences a person should not have to go through.

When I began this project I was very wary since I know nothing about construction. As soon as I met John he put me at ease. I ended up expanding the scope of work from a kitchen renovation to include painting the entire apartment and flooring for the entire apartment. Even though the project was done during the pandemic. It was completed efficiently and quickly. John and his workers were very helpful and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done.
