HIGHLY RECOMMEND JP General Contractors!! I cannot say enough about the kind of man Joe P. (owner) is! I needed someone to clean out my gutters, put gutter guards on and fix a hanging gutter. I have had a tough time finding reliable, honest and hard working contractors in my Delaware area. Joe responded to my call quickly and arrived for the estimate on time and with a friendly personality. He is very personable and outgoing and listened to my concerns. He offered his insight and options in a friendly manner. While we were discussing options he stopped talking and went to secure the hanging gutter. He said he couldn't in his right mind leave knowing how badly that gutter was hanging. And then continued over to another area above my front steps and secured another piece that I hadn't even noticed was loose!!! AT NO CHARGE!!! Needless to say I hired Joe and was EXTREMELY happy! While on site for the gutter job I asked him if he could look at a light fixture in my attic that had been giving me trouble. Not only did he look at it but without hesitation, fixed it!! We have already set up future dates for other projects in my home as well! He is one the GOOD ONES!!!

Excellent contractor. Pays attention to the fine details. He and his crew cleaned up our yard and put all of our stuff back EACH AND EVERY evening after work. They finished siding the whole house in 2 days and then just 2 more days for final touches and gutter installation. Highly recommended!
Joe replaced a kitchen window and frame at a fair price. He took extra care to match the wood and siding. The work was completed well in a timely manner and a thorough clean up was done. I’ll be asking him to replace additional windows when needed.
