I couldn't feel the inconvenience I felt every time I bought a car here. They are professionals with reasonable, very fast, and professional work processing ability. When I visited again because there was a little problem after purchasing a car, they did their best to help me, which impressed me again. Went to purchase used vehicle but with wonderful help from salesman Kevin and Jeff Johnson, was able to purchase new vehicle within my budget. No high pressure sales and no exorbitant fees like in OKC. They are friendly, personable and go overboard to get you what you want. Also very aware of the great reputation of their service department.

My 2nd time to have the oil changed. 1st time, January 2024, I got the car back with an oily substance on the side of the front left corner panel. This time it took 1 hour & 25 minutes to complete the oil change. I was the only car getting an oil changed and they took it right back. That seems like an excessive amount of time. I will give them one last try. 3 strikes and you are out.

Johnsons is the absolute best for service and sales. We took our truck there for service with one days notice and 4 seperate problems and they had it all fixed before we finished our lunch. We live an hour away and have Dodge dealers much closer but we choose Johnsons.

I am very pleased with the folks at Johnson's of Kingfisher. They were very helpful in our decision to purchase our Grand Cherokee. Rick Black is very professional and personable.

This was by FAR the easiest, quickest, best purchase I’ve ever made.
The dealership delivered exactly what they said. Got me approved over the phone, I came in a few days later (unlike other dealerships they still had the vehicle!) the price was exactly as discussed. Payment was was right where they told me. They didn’t try to shove unnecessary options on me. There wasn’t any of the usual (b.s) charges.
All I had to do was come in and test drive and paperwork which was quick and easy.
Just an overall awesome experience.

Johnson did a great job!!! I had taken my grand cherokee to a dealership in north OKC and had a repair of the emission housing for $500, and it took them 5 days. I drove less than 400 miles, and the same warning light came on. When I went back, they told me it would be about 4-5 days, and it would be about $500 since they didn't think it was the part they replaced (of course). I made an appointment with Johnsons, and they fixed a sensor for less than $300, and it was completed in about 3 hours. Check engine light has remained off. Hope it lasts!

Down to earth, small town feeling. Their comforting, casual atmosphere immediately makes a person feel welcome. The sales staff is not pushy, in-your-face, gotta make a sale irritable like most city dealerships. The service manager is great to work with and the service department is top notch.
