Terrible communicators! I’ve never in my 60 years of living had a business ghost me before. They evaluated my roof and submitted the claim to my insurance company. After insurance company denied to cover, Elevated came back to my house to re-evaluate my roof. They told me I had a lot more damage than insurance adjuster claimed and promised to resubmit. I didn’t hear back for 2 weeks so I contacted them multiple times. Nobody emailed or called me back. This is the first time in my life I’ve given a business a 1 star review.
