We decided to go with Johnson Roofing and Restoration because they install the euroshield Rubber Roof, and also the said they would handle all of the Hail repair on our house and shop. They did our roofs and so far I have no complaints, except the rubber roof smells like tires and causes the inside of our house to stink on hot days. Also they did a horrible job cleaning after themselves. After a year of asking, I finally told them I would haul away all the leftover shop roofing, even though I was told multiples times, they were coming to get it. As for the rest of the house repairs, they have not done anything but given me a the run around They only communicate about the remaining repairs (siding, window, doors) after I contact them. Then they tell me they are trying to match materials or they are waiting on insurance and will get back to me. I spoke with the owner Chase on the phone, multiple times, and he assured me he will personally get it taken handled. Chase even said, if things dont start moving forward, within the week, he will write me a check for $1000.00 and dock his supervisor's paycheck for inconviencing me. Weeks later his employee to came out take a piece of siding from my house for matching purposes. About a week later I was given bid of almost 4 times the orginal number they were telling me. They said the increase was due to increased material cost and they will get contact my insurance again. Now 2-3 months later still waiting. I Maybe I am just to impatient, it has only been over a year since they said it would be done....I probably should mention we had informed the company over and over we were wanting to do color change for the siding and matching was not a concern.
