They showed up to do roof work on the apartment that I am currently live in. I work late nights and they were EXTREMELY loud at before 8am. Yelling to each other and just basically throwing stuff.

The longer they were here the louder they got. They are throwing stuff on the roof and sounding like they are about to come through my roof. No consideration that people are living in the apartment that they are working on. I get some noise. I am not expecting them to be completely quiet. But they can have a little bit of consideration. Maybe put stuff down instead of throwing it. Maybe talk to each other face to face instead of yelling across the roof.

My entire apartment is SHAKING from them throwing and dropping stuff. This is absolutely ridiculous

He came out to discuss a leak that we showed him in our roof. He talked and talked about everything except what we told him was the problem.
He also never got up on the roof to diagnose anything. Called him numerous times but never called back. Finally after my last message he called and said he is not interested in fixing our roof. The son is no comparison to his Dad. Would never recommend....Save yourself the aggravation and call a competitor who will do what needs to be done to accurately diagnose and fix a problem. Talk is cheap.

He's been out numerous times and keeps saying there's not a problem with the roof he replaced 12 years ago. The shingles are showing wear. They were supposed to be 25yr shingles. The son is not as good as the Dad was. Would never recommend or get him to do any other work. Never....

Contacting a larger company with a flashier name left me disappointed so I called Johns Roofing. Unlike the previous business, (mind you I live very close to their shop) I was taken care of immediately. I spoke with John himself and explained the small issue I was having on my roof. He explained to me that his crew was completely booked until the following week and couldn't guarantee a repair until then. To my surprise when I arrived home from work the very next day the roof was fixed.... it looked great!!! My wife told me that the crew were very knowledgeable and polite. I am extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommended this company for anyone who needs their services. Consider Johns Roofing and Siding first, and never consider ksl

I cannot speak highly enough of John and his team, led by Sam. John was prompt to our initial meeting and offered guidance in a friendly and non-pushy manner. When we decided to accept his bid, he told us what to expect next and within 3 weeks his crew was on time and worked well to get our roof done. It took 2 days, on a Dutch colonial home with a couple layers of old, crumbling shingles a gable and eaves. I am so pleased with their work and enjoy admiring the house as I drive up to it! Thanks John!
