Another place to avoid if possible. 4.5 hrs to get to the door to load. Only seen 2 trucks get loaded and leave during that time. I don't see how these people stay in business moving this slow. And tons of product stacked everywhere in your way. I see why now. They don’t load trucks very much here.

I rarely write reviews, but I can't keep my mouth shut about this. This is one of the slowest and most unorganized facilities I have been to. This place is just a huge mess. The office staff, Leslie Holcomb is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She was going crazy on us truckers because she had 4 call outs, which is not any of our problems. Definitely needs to fix her attitude. Remember, we're contractors, not your employees to treat us like this. She was talking about "appointment" times, yet our products weren't even ready to begin with! So even if you show up on your appointment, she'll have you waiting for 8 hours and still won't honor you detention time. This place seriously needs to be reviewed, it's just bad business to keep it flowing like this.

Check in at 8am, app for 9, got a door at 8:30, started unloading at 9:30, got out at 10:15. Pretty good times. But there are 4 trucks waiting behind me because they only have 2 doors.

Guess I got lucky? Read the reviews and expected to be here for half a day to get loaded and have a bad interaction but no. Quick loading. Very kind people. Everyone was great. Thank you guys.

Pues si la verdad como dicen aquí en los comentarios,,,,se tardan machín en pasarte a una puerta....llevo 4:30 esperando y apenas pase al puerto...traigan lonche y del otro lado donde solo ahí una puerta está muy chico el espacio...suerte saludos

The people are nice & they do have overnight parking. That's the best thing about loading here. Expect to sit and wait at least 3 hrs on a door. Then sit in a door for 3 more. There is no point in showing up early for an appointment. And they are understaffed for the amount of volume they have to ship. The freight does not pay that great either($1.50 - 2.00 a mile range for O/o)

After reading the reviews I arrived the night before my pickup. The first one in line. Checked in at 7 and was out by 8:15.

When I saw the other drivers review , I was very scare , I had delivery for them Ap time 9:00am checked in 7:00am , got door 8:00am now 9:30 almost finishing unloading . There’s a lot of truck stops on your way here or you can come park at the front gate & you will the first driver to check in !! Good luck guys

Good people. All u have to do is listen and follow instructions !! A little slow , but they're real busy

Drivers beware!!! Do not accept loads picking up at this location, they have absolutely no regard for your time. It takes them about 8-12 hours to get you loaded. I’ve been at this location twice in the past 2 months and both times i had 8 hour or more waits. The second time i just left without the load after waiting 8 hours.

Extremely tight location, Not for rookies. About 3 hrs to get loaded, if you are there at the right time. Line gets long rather quick. They have a small facility for the amount of traffic that they have coming in. Check in process can be improved, along with communication from wearhouse staff. More than likely you will blindside in.

If you come to this company as driver make sure you have your lunch box full. Will take a while.
Also if you are having hard time navigating in a confined space with a truck do not even try. Whole yard is cluttered with all type of pallets.
By appointments, but does not mean much.

You cannot come on to the premise before 0700. My appt was at 14:00. I arrived at 0700 and they still took me. They MAY be strict with the appt times, it just depends on who is working when you arrive.

Grabbed a load. Guys were decent. Decided to change my review. I was overweight but guys in shipping office explained high turnover on forklift drivers, reworked the load without making me wait in line with others. Overall very easy and was treated fairly. May have to wait if busy and make sure your load is legal.

Si quieres perder tu día tranquilamente ven a recojer una carga a esta compañía .. very bad I am Latino and I came to pick up a load from this company.. I have been here since 8:00 am and it is 12:00 and they have not called me yet.. but there is something amazing that I have been able to notice and I want to publish it.. they have arrived more than 5 trucks of Americans born here and all of them have loaded early and two Latinos who have been here early have appoimen for after 2:00 pm.. Will they be my ideas or will it be for another topic that I don't want to mention.. take out your conclusions….. soy latino y vine a recoger una carga a esta compania .. estoy aqui desde las 8:00 am y son las 12:00 y todavia no me han llamado .. pero hay algo asombroso que he podido notar y quiero publicarlo .. han llegado mas de 5 camiones de americanos nacidos aqui y todos han cargado temprano y dos latinos que estamos aqui desde temprano tenemos appoimen para despues de las 2:00 pm .. seran ideas mias o sera por otro tema que no quiero mencionar .. saque usted sus conclusiones
