Johny was phenomenal! His crew was great!! They came on time, did exceptional work at a great price, and were courteous and respectful of the property. Would recommend and hire them again! John was patient and helped with everywhere work had to be repaired. No pressure from him! But he told you. in future if things were going to act up or if something was put wrong prior workers. I trust him fully. He called or texted the night before and the day off so no guessing game. If you texted him he would be prompt. He's a GEM IN STATEN ISLAND. I wouldn't ever call anyone else. ! Had some issues with my home and was referred to John, after many companies have failed me I gave up and was about to sell my house, but before I did I had to go with my friend who recommended him! He was very upfront and honest which I appreciated the most. Little did I know I should have went here in the FIRST PLACE! Everything is now perfect! It’s like a whole brand new home! I moved into a home that’s from the early 1900s. The house has an unfinished basement and I lived in the house for over 8 years before I decided to complete it. We ran out of space for our 3 children. John and team came out to the house, we paid a small fee to give an estimate, which was credited off the final bill.

John sat in our home and went over every detail with us. He let us know the steps that would be taken, the complications that may arise, and most importantly to me, was clean and kept communication going throughout the process.

It took them almost no time at all to completely go from a beat-up cold unfinished basement, to an office, playroom, craft corner, and laundry room, all lit with LEDs.

John and his team gave the foundation to my house as well as exterior stairs and bannisters a cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Really revived the front of our home. His work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Would absolutely recommend.

John and his team came in and assessed the damage on the exterior roof and interior bedroom ceiling, and two days later came in and completely stripped the roof of shingles, replaced all the plywood, exterior vapor seal, roofing paper, and shingles.
They sealed all around the chimney and roof piping, side edge capping around the roof edging, all in one day.
The next day the team came in and did the attic and the ceiling in the affected bedroom, fresh insulation, sheetrock, etc...
Two days later they returned, after the sheetrock compound dried and they smooth sanded it all and painted...
John and his team were very courteous and professional every step of the way...

My favorite contractor !! And it’s the truth , John and his workers have done multiple multiple jobs in my home .
